Friendly customer care
We were greeted as soon as we arrived at the store. When I mentioned to member of staff what choice of settee I wanted we were showed what I needed. I chose the colour that suited me best and started the finance job done.

A little surprised they don’t automatically hand you a sofa care kit during the process in with the overall cost, to ensure you use it. You are paying £4,000s plus on sofa’s. Car kit is negligible to them.

Excellent service knowledgable and friendly
Kaitlin was exceptionally friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. She really helped us to relax whilst we made our choices. She even brought us tea. There was no rush at all. Kaitlin answered all our queries and we now look forward to our purchase of a new sofa.

Great customer service and great sofa
I had a fantastic customer experience at the Sofology Swindon branch!
I was able to find the right product suitable for my needs.
The customer service was especially great. The sales advisor who helped me complete the purchase was great in helping explain things like warranties, delivery timescales so I was fully informed before completing the purchase!
