Cancelling a trial account is a nightmare
This website gave me 1 month trial, and mentioned that I can cancel anytime. When I tried to cancel, as per the website help instruction, I can't find the "Cancel Subscription" link. They seems removed it to force me to pay.

From less happy to HAPPY!
I had what was first a negative experience that was then turned around by Sofatutor. Basically they renewed my subscription without my awareness. Having been in touch with their customer support they reversed it. This matters as we were talking 300 Swiss francs. The fact that they did listen and did change despite what their policy says shows flexibility which is paramount at this day and age. Thank you!
