I have never had the pleasure before in dealing with such a good company. I ordered a sofa and was asked what day and time I would like it delivered and was kept informed what was happening. It arrived on Bank Holiday Monday the sofa looked fantastic and the delivery team were great very helpful, polite and took great care unfortunately a mechanical fault happened in transit noones fault within 10 mins of reporting it I received a reply from seller apologising and she had arranged for an engineer to call next day to sort it out. He arrived when stated sorted the problem plus I was given a gift for the inconvenience and a follow up call to make sure I was happy. Customer satisfaction is obviously there top priority well done highly recommend

Sofa was delivered to me in fantastic condition as shown. Was very helpful with getting it into my newly decorated house safely and effectively (I thought this would have taken a lot longer but was very efficient) can’t speak highly enough of the service and sofa I received, from placing the order to receiving my sofa it was all handled so quickly! They even took my old sofa away. Would not hesitate to use them again! Sofarama so good!

Comes in and takes it the sofa away, no fussing or faffing about. He does what it 'says on the tin'!!
