This company is highly untrustworthy
This company is untrustworthy and engages in deceitful and misleading sales.
We have placed an order (Ref 10397) on 30 April for two Cashmere sweaters. We received instead two sweaters in cheap Acrylic with no Washcare, composition or any other labels.
The company has not denied cheating us but refuses to return our money, insisting instead that we pay costs of 50/-eur or more to return the articles to China. To add oil to the fire, they have offered a discount on "future" purchases

🚨🚨🚨 SCAM ALERT: AVOID ENZO FASHION! IT'S A VAN HALEN MODE COPY! 🚨🚨🚨
Huge red flags! Following the Van Halen Mode scam, Enzo Fashion is clearly the same group of fraudsters operating under a new name. People were robbed by Van Halen Mode: they got nothing, received terrible quality, and couldn't return anything.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ENZO FASHION! Any positive reviews you see are definitely FAKE.
Why would a legitimate company need to operate under so many different names? The answer is clear: because this is a fraud and a scam. They keep changing names to try and fool more and more unsuspecting customers.
Report them to consumer agencies like the ACM immediately! File complaints and warn everyone you can! This is a repeat of the Van Halen Mode nightmare. PROTECT YOUR MONEY!

Be careful with this store! Returns have to be shipped back to China, which was not clearly disclosed at checkout.
In my case, return shipping costs from the Netherlands are €50 ($55).
Customer service offered no solution.
I would NOT recommend ordering here!
