£464 deposit paid in March have constantly rung and mailed but fobbed off each time with excuses. Finally this weekend after no answer to phone and emails bouncing I discovered they have gone into liquidation !hah. No joy from atticus either probably the same person. How many others are in the same boat?

This company have taken my money and now claim to have gone into liquidation ... I have checked with companies house who say as far as they are concerned the company is still actively trading! They will probably change their name and carry on ripping people off.

I have tried to contact the company by phone and email for the past 3 days but no answer... I am still waiting for a delivery of a 2 seater Bari sofa which was promised end of July! After checking web and found your site with the comments I then realised company has gone into liquidation. How do I get my money bk £350? Order no: 31858

I am reading this company has gone into liquidation ,i really am dumb founded.i only ordered my 2+3 seater on 7th july.and paid £500 off it ,i am gutted it took us a long time to save this.i really hope we can get this back.

I paid £100 deposit for Conner leather sofa hoping I will receive my delivery around 14/07/2016 but the company told me it is being delayed and will receive it this week, I tried calling them to arrange for delivery date only to find out that, they have closed permanently, it is really frustrating, I'm even confused now cause have waited so long for this item.

We paid a deposit of £100 for a corner leather sofa-bed which was due for delivery after 15/7, I called them just before and they advised that the sofa had been delayed and was now due in 21/7, I started calling daily from 19/7 to try and arrange delivery. I also sent an e mail asking them to call me. There was no answer, nor any response to my e mail.
This morning I have received an e mail advising me the company has gone into liquidation and to contact :

Sofaland is a big fraud and a fake company. I ordered leather sofa from this company, never heard from them since they took half payment.I have been trying to contact them by phone-nobody answer the phone. Eventually when get through a woman answer the phone and always claim to be on the other line, Its so frustrating. Almost three weeks, nobody contacted me . £419 has been taken from my account by this fraudulent company. I dont even want the sofa again please return my money to my account . I bought the Chloe sofa as it was smart-looking and was within budget. Although I was a bit wary of buying online from a company that I had barely heard of, and was based in the other side of the country, I needn't have worried. The checkout procedure went smoothly and I received an emailed receipt and contact info. A few days later Sofaland contacted me to arrange a delivery date. On the day of delivery I was contacted by the delivery men as promised! A rarity these days! They (Lee and Luke) were polite, professional, quick and even set up the sofa for me. Brilliant service! Oh, and the sofa is strong, solid and very comfortable.

I would highly recommend using this company to purchase furniture. I bought without seeing and ordered from there website. Far better than I expected for the price - bargain!! Excellent communication at all times, great aftersales and delivery drivers were absolutely brilliant.

Spent ages looking for a large leather footstool then came across Sofaland. Great choice of sizes, colours and leather type. Prices were amazingly good value. Called and asked for swatches which came promptly. Placed order, item was in stock, and 3 days later it arrived. It's fabulous quality...reall pleased. Will use Sofaland again and happy to recommend them to anyone.

So happy! Received my lazio corner and chair yesterday. Excellent quality! Brilliant communication after ordering online. I got a call stating what time it would arrive and true to their word it arrived on time. The two men who delivered were pleasant and hard working! I would definitely recommend :)

We ordered new sofas with Sofaland, they were a very good price, and arrived with us within the original quoted delivery time, which was impressive. We were also very impressed with the delivery service. They rang us to give a very specific time frame, which was helpful as it meant there was no waiting in all day and wondering.

The delivery drivers arrived promptly within the time slot and were courteous, polite and fast.

We will be ordering from Sofaland again! What a stress free and pleasant experience. Oh and the Sofas are Lovely too :)

Just received my 2 sofas,and I love em! Exactly as described,in fact actually seem to be better quality than I expected,considering the price I paid. Just £399 for a 3 seater and a 2 seater,bargain as there really top quality. Got call from sofaland a few days prior to delivery,to confirm date of delivery and on day,got call to say van was 20mins away. Class! And the 2 Liverpool lads were absolute class,friendly,helpful and put sofas exactly where I wanted them,no trouble. Sofaland.com is a very efficient company,and I def recommend it to anyone wanting a new sofa etc! And they arrive when they say and if you get same Liverpool lads that delivered mine,you will not be disappointed,their very friendly and helpful.

Love my new sofa, its so comfy and a perfect fit, only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is it was pallet delivery only to my area.

I had some doubts as to what the quality of the Sofas would be like as I didn't see or sat on them before I purchased. It needn't worry. The appearance is simply sublime, the feel, comfort are 6 star and looks have durable written all over it. At those prices, they are the best value for money sofas out there. The sales experience, the updates on delivery, delivery experience were all beyond my expectation. Great products and service. Keep it up Sofaland

We found Sofaland online but live near their Warrington showroom so went to have a look. The showroom was great no pushy salesmen just told to have a look and give them a shout if any help was needed. We ordered Turin 2 & 3 seater sofas. They were delivered when promised by very friendly delivery men. The sofas are excellent quality and look and feel far more expensive than they actually were. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great sofas at great prices with excellent customer service.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company from order to delivery, everyone I dealt with has been fantastic, the delivery men couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any of my family or friends.
