1st Class service!
Lewis and the team, turned up on time dismantled our bed and reassembled in the 2nd floor loft conversion.
Great workman ship, fully assembled everything and took away all packaging.

I never write reviews but feel compelled to do so, as these guys are absolutely fantastic. Our sofa needed dismantling and then reassembled for a house move as it wouldn't get down stairs or through the doors. First of all the workmanship was outstanding, top class! Secondly, their customer service was out of this world. Very friendly, polite, respectful, helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. They made a very long trip to our new house to reassemble. I really cannot stress how brilliant and lovely they are. Don't hestitate using this company they are brilliant! Thank you so much Lewis and Dave, will definitely recommend you for anyone that needs your services!!!!

The dreaded moment - new sofa doesn’t fit up the stairs after four months of waiting. Enter the Sofa Access ninjas. All I need to say is that via fast and friendly communication it was set up in our house four days later. Highly professional and courteous team at a very reasonable cost.

I bought an armchair which sadly was too big to lift through my hallway. Sofa Access came to my rescue - took the chair, disassembled it, then brought it back and assembled in my lounge. Great service and my chair looks lovely.

Then along came "Sofa Access" to save the day - fast, efficient and the 2 guys were very respectful of both our new sofa and home. Sofa came wrapped in quilted covers and 30 minutes later, our long-awaited relnier sofa was rebuilt and ready for use.

We have booked Sofa Access twice now and recently had our Parker Knoll sofa dismantled and rebuilt in our new home. We were booked in advance and the guys arrived on time and did a fantastic job! Would always 100% recommend.

Would definitely recommend this company. They dismantled a DFS sofa bed for us in London and reassembled it in another property in Dover. From Dover property they then took a sofa and armchair back to the property in London. All done in 1 day! Very polite guys and careful. Reasonable price too. Thank you.

I moved into a new property, and the sofa wasn’t fitting and I was really stressing and called many companies and they lied saying they can’t do it etc. Then I got in contact with sofa assist and they helped me so much and got my sofa in so quickly and were so professional and kind and provided great service and didn’t even damage it or anything. I’d recommend this company, the best service I’ve ever receive.

We recently used sofa access to dismantle & rebuild 2 oversized headboards as our staircase was too narrow, they did a fantastic job , great service, friendly, polite and professional, you wouldn't even know the headboards had been touched, excellent job thank you so much, we highly recommend Sofa Access.
