My account was taken down due to a cluster info hack from a website which gave out the password. My FB was compromised and the instagram account which was my business account was overtaken by hackers! When I refused to pay out the ransom they started free hosting porn videos through my FB which then Facebook suspended my Instagram and FB ID for violating community guidelines. After 2 weeks of appeals and emails without progress I came across SME.UK. It took them 37 days but they got it back and account was activated as it is just like that! Wonderful response updates and customer service! All in all saved a lifetimes work! I recommend them to anyone in such a scenario!
