Archaic e-commerce site. Worst shipping turnaround by any USA company and Customer Service possible,
*10 day average to receive a Normal order (i.e. Shoes).
*No real response via email.
*If call customer service they won’t cancel your order due to outdated computer system. Soccer.com’s shipping turnaround is not noted by soccer.com to consumer prior to order due to their “system” not allowing to cancel an order. Soccer.com’s approach to service is hoping you will give up instead of provide items in a reasonable time. Won’t cancel the order to keep you on the hook and hope you won’t return items.

Highly recommend using another site for any and all soccer gear.

One of the worst companies as far as customer service.

Most websites, when you order, give you order status and estimated shipping date. When I access my account on soccer.com it shows none of that information other than the pending charge amount.

The only two ways to find the status of an order is to contact customer service via e-mail or a phone call.

I’ve e-mailed them for a simple order update. Still waiting on a response.

I’ve tried calling them multiple times. I find myself waiting on hold for half an hour wasting my lunch break at work.

I call the next day and hit “1” for a callback. I finally get a call back after 2 hours. As soon as I pick up, call immediately disconnects. I call back and put back on hold again.

I e-mail them again to cancel since I’m dissatisfied and will instead give my business elsewhere.

To be fair, the automated e-mail states: “We just wanted to let you know that, due to our busy season, we're currently experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of messages. As a result, our response time may be slightly longer than our typical 24 to 48 hours.”

But gosh, a simple “this item shipped yesterday” or “it will be shipping in a few days” should not take over 48-hours in 2025. At least put the information on the website and maybe that will alleviate the high volume of calls and emails.

So no, I do not recommend this website for purchases.

Great company easy exchanges and returns when cleats fail out within the 30 days. I love the loyalty rewards as well. I’m hoping they get more varieties of IDA cleats as my daughter loves them. Was shopping for the IDA Helia cleats today and they don’t have them 😔

The process was quick and easy from start to finish. The page is so helpful, and made sure we got the right size and style. The quality of the uniform is excellent, and my son couldn’t wait to put it on. I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was—highly recommend!

Great End Result
Frustrated that many of the items we were trying to purchase couldn't be found in stores to try on. Fantastic resources: filters, tech reviews, comparisons, articles. Definitely worth the time and I didn't have to search around on 50 other websites to find information I needed. Did do a bit of searching on price comparison. Soccer.com won every time.

This company is very efficient and timely with orders. If anything comes in misprinted, damaged etc they correct it and send you the fixed item. All staff encounters on the phone are friendly and they care about your experience. Uniforms are durable and vibrant colors.

Great company amazing splendid

The soccer jerseys are late every single year we order them. They don't even come in until past halfway through the fall season. I have no idea why our soccer club uses the service.

Used them for years for my sons' soccer kits, cleats, and all things soccer. Definitely a great company with wonderful customer service. They have helped me out of bind more than once with sizing issues, etc. Local to NC and a good company to support.

I have been using this site for many years for my son’s soccer. It’s always my number one choice. Great prices and always good coupons. Shipping is fast and always on time. The last few years we’ve also been getting his club uniform kits through here, always great, very reliable. Customer service is great too if needed.

Year after year, soccer.com promises parents and clubs a quick turnaround.
Year after year they then delay processing.
This year we ordered my daughter’s kit the day the club posted it. Soccer.com said 2 weeks. It’s been a month now and the girls are still practicing in T-shirts with no estimate of when they will ship.
It’s time for soccer.com to stop promising clubs they can deliver custom uniforms in any time under 1 month.
