Busy Mom here with multiple kids in various activities and sports. I loved that I could quickly get on soccer.com and there was already a kit package ready for my child. I just had to put in sizes, verify, and purchase. Quick, easy to understand, and organized.

Never order from this place, they screw you over then act like it's your fault they continually don't deliver but have no problem taking your money. Trust me if you can go somewhere else

I am beyond frustrated with Soccer.com. I ordered uniforms July 16th for our high school girls team. I asked my rep if we'd have the uniforms by July 28th. She said ,"Yes madam,you should get the order by the 28th. There is no customization". I tried contacting my rep last week with zero response back. I finally hear back on the 28th, stating that the order is being processed. When I asked when I'd receive these, she said they'd ship out on August 4th. On July 17th, she said "We normally ships within 24 hours." This is not 24 hours, this is 7 full days. I asked if I could send them shipping labels for upgraded shipping she said they can't use other shipping other than theirs. When I asked if there was anything that could be done or someone I could talk to she said, "I tried this morning to get it out sooner.
We had issues this year in the warehouse. Which made us not ship anything for over a week. Now we are trying to catch up." I've sent multiple emails since this last response without anything back. I asked if they could upgrade the shipping since the warehouse issue wasn't a customers fault and I was not told about this. I would not have ordered from them if I was told there were shipping issues with their warehouse that would cause delays as I am on a time crunch.

Why was I not told this BEFORE I sent payment almost 3 weeks ago! Now my team will NOT have uniforms for their first game OR school pictures that go in the yearbook. Do not make promises you cannot keep. I have used soccer.com for our team uniforms for 3 years in a row, but after this, I will never be ordering from them again.

Absolute shocking service from this company. I ordered 8 weeks ago and it hasn’t been dispatched. Tried to get a refund numerous times but to no avail. They keep saying it’s being processed. NEVER buy if this page. DH gate far more reliable
