Recommended to the Provence heater by a friend who uses a few round his home as alternative to central heating. Very pleased with the product, even more so by the company -Socal. Very easy to make my purchase at the best price as well. In touch with me immediately to arrange delivery and two days later it was being palleted into my house, brilliant. Sitting in front of the fire now appreciating the look of it and the warmth it gives out.

Needed help to convert a Weber portable…
Needed help to convert a Weber portable BBQ to use a standing large patio gas cylinder. I had most of the parts but just not the experience or tools to figure out exactly what else to do and how to do it. I called socal BBQ shop and spoke to Peter, who was extremely polite and welcoming, “just bring it all down and we will sort it for you in the shop”… 40 minutes later (a drive there following by friendly chat and being taught how to resolve it and shown the right final parts to buy) Peter assembled the new parts and I have just this evening enjoyed a lovely BBQ with family and friends using a 15kg butane gas cylinder!
That personal touch, the “it’ll be fine and we will help you” mindset, and also being shown how to do it was greatly appreciated. Thank you for being so kind when I was stuck!
