New boiler installed along with flush of central heating system. Very neat and tidy job and talked through every aspect of the job, taking time after a long day to go through all the controls and to to make the best efficiency from the new system.

I had Ross attended my property to carryout a boiler Service. He was extremely thorough taking care to explain what he was doing throughout. He wore shoe covers as it had been raining and didn't want to bring any mud into my property. At the end of the service he explained everything he had done, including checking the radiators and my carbon monoxide alarm. Ross is a great engineer and I will definately be using S O'Briens again.
Unbelievable service. Rang with water leak from my boiler. Sent out an engineer called Stuart. Certainly no skill fade for this engineer. Took the boiler apart, rebuilt and no leak. Fast, efficient, clean and tidy. Kept me up to date as he went along. To top off great price for what others had quoted high. Thanks to you and your staff I have my boiler up and running and better than it was new.

Little Sub contractor through British Gas. No Electrical Certificate issued for works carried out after install of Gas Boiler due to a contractor not turning in. Today was the last straw when an installer coming to sort the problem called at 10.30am 7 hours early than appointment to confirm he doesn't do customer service and he's 5 mins away. Its a typically British Company, got the tools but not the screws to do an overall job. Escalating to court action if British Gas don't sort the problem. One of the worst countries for customer service overall for literally everything.
Charles from S OBrien attended today to service our boiler and radiators after checking in by phone. He had good attention to detail and took time to answer questions at the end. Very informative and helpful. Felt very comfortable with his service.
Booked a boiler service back in November with British Gas only to find out today it was with a third party O’Brian Heating Solutions. Rushed back from Hampshire to West Sussex as appointment scheduled 12am - 6pm, no show, no phone call nothing! Not impressed at all. Wasted my whole day. Will be cancelling my £20 per month British Gas cover! Now I cannot get a service for 3 weeks!
S o brien have been out to my boiler this year for an annual British gas service. They are complete cowboys and the so called engineer dropped the condenser tube which cracked it. The engineer then tried to walk off site trying not to answer me. Disgraceful service. This is the second time this bodge it and scarper have visited my house there will not be a third.
George A called today to service my boiler on behalf of British Gas. He was polite and efficient. George phoned when he was 10 minutes away and arrived on time to the minute. George was very thorough.
He found a fault on my newly installed thermostat. George said he would let British Gas know and they have already contacted me with a date to fix this. He is a credit to the company. I cannot praise him high enough.

Carlos Membrive serviced my boiler on behalf of British Gas. He was very efficient, communicated well with me before he arrived and worked well. He took the time to show me how to adjust the pressure so i could bleed my radiators upstairs.

The engineer Shane carried out my annual British Gas with great professionalism. He spent extra time sorting out the radiator in the main bedroom and carried out all the relevant checks accordingly! Thank you for your service Shane 😊
Had an annual British gas 'service' and an S O'Brien engineer attended. He was here about 10 mins and left. I assumed he had completed a proper service. When I turned the heating on I found the Magnaclear unit leaking, water all over my utility floor and the boiler making noises. I've since paid another engineer to come out to properly service the boiler so as not to void my boiler guarantee and they tell me the PRV is leaking and I'm losing pressure and the other engineer would have spotted that if he had done a proper service! I would not use either British Gas or S O'brien heating ever again. Absolute cowboys.
