One of the worst agencies I have encountered.
I have had problems with late payments, no communication at all when I needed, when was the other way around I always answered and I have always done the best job that I could do with all of the families I was working for.
Was with them for almost 3 years, she registered me with BH emergency nanny, promising the rate would be increased, never happened. In the first year or so everything seemed to be fine until around the middle of last year, my hours were not payed on time, tried to call them and there was no answer.
This year I had delay payments, chasing Alexandra every day along for an answer and I was completely ignored unti she came back to me, no apology nothing. So I got payed. The second time I spend a month chasing her, asking for my payment again, that was supposed to be due 2 in 2 weeks and I ended up not being able to pay my bills, paying fees for my late expenses, and not being able to accept any more jobs from BH because Snuggles wasn't paying me and of course I was afraid to not paid again. The last family I worked for ad a emergency nanny, they were the ones that told me that BH had already paid the agency ( I thought at time that was BH whi wasn't paying them ), but no they alwasy did on time and she wasn't transferring the money to my bank account.
I finally got paid but still to this day she still owns me 5h of work.
Right now this has been reported and with a help of a fanily member that lives in the UK and is a lawyer we are taking action.
It is illegal to hold your money for more than 7 days and she did it for much longer.
Run from this agency, she is unprofessional, rude and definitely she doesnt care about the nannies that work for her.
I will Never work for this agency again.See less
