A lovely bracelet for my Granddaughters 10th birthday. Nice selection of charms and in her favourite colour - purple! Very reasonable price and arrived in a couple of days.

I bought 2 bracelets for my granddaughters. They arrived quickly, perfectly packaged and look beautiful. I would definitely buy from them again. I can't comment on other people's experience but I'm glad I didnt read the reviews before I ordered as it would probably have put me off.

Beautiful little bracelet. Ordered on the 10th December and arrived today 16th with 2nd class post. Looks very well made and arrived well packaged. I was worried when I saw other reviews and am glad I took a chance. I would buy again

Ordered a bracelet for my little niece. Delivery was quick, and the item was simply but beautifully packaged. The bracelet was very pretty and would have been perfect for her however, the clasp on the bracelet was very difficult to open, so sadly had to return ( paid for by me).

I received my order today. Although it took a little longer than expected, customer service responded to my inquiry within minutes. Royal Mail has been running behind, so the delay wasn’t their fault. I bought two rings for my granddaughters and, given the low price, I didn’t expect much, but I was blown away when they arrived. They’re really good quality!

I placed an order 13 days ago for a few pairs of earrings for my daughter. I then went on afterwards and googled reviews and wished I didn't, as I seen the company had such a low rating on here. However credit where credits due, I received my order just under 2 weeks from ordering, everything exactly as described/pictured and all lovely earrings for my daughter. Would 100% buy again, absolutely no issues.

The company states delivery times when ordering takes your money and then has the cheek to say not our problem it’s with royal and you have to wait. Absolutely disgusting service if you know your delivery partners cannot fulfil the dates change them use someone who can deliver your products. If I do not receive by next week I will be opening a claim with my bank. Most ridiculous children’s jewellery company.

I ordered a beautiful bracelet for my granddaughter, weeks went by and I haven't heard anything. I tried to reach out. There was no way to contact anyone today. I woke up and they did refund my money. It is concerning that we're able to place these orders without any responsibility on the company to fulfill.

What a lovely charm bracelet, my granddaughter 7 keeps asking for a pandora lol definitely not , this is a far more affordable bracelet, you can pick your own charms and add extra. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT

Avoid at all costs!!! They won't let you return unused earrings in their original packaging the same day as being delivered! They looked nothing like the picture and refuse to refund! I will be doing a charge back from my bank to get my money back! Robbing company avoid!!

Bracelet was a gift for granddaughter. One of the charms fell off within 5 minutes!! Emailed company twice but not had a reply at all. Yet they’re quick to keep asking me for a review!!
So here’s your review your jewellery is rubbish & your customer service is disgraceful.
Will never buy from you again or recommend.

I ordered a bracelet when it arrived my charms would not fit on , I message Liberty and they told me to return it . I returned the bracelet 2 weeks ago and sent them proof of posting . They did not reply , I have sent further emails and they have not replied . Liberty charms are not to be trusted . I have still not received my refund and had no replies to the emails I have sent . BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!! tHEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY.

Bought a bracelet for my granddaughter, when I emailed to try and swap the one I bought to a bigger size waited 3 days and still no answer.
After service very poor won't be using this firm again.

Bought 2 pairs of hoop earrings… a bit disappointed at how small they were but tried to put them in daughters ears and they are IMPOSSIBLE to fasten! I emailed and they were so unhelpful and gave me no solution to my problem. As long as they have their money they don’t care.. even if the earrings are faulty. Not happy. Will NEVER order from here again.

All these bad reviews!!!!! Not just me with a crappy experience then.

As Pauline said in her review the earrings are so small I didn't even attempt to get them out the box. I thought they would break and arthritic fingers no chance. Then when returning read they are not refundable. Expensive as sent back via tracking. Never again

Earrings bought for grandchild so small they would disappear into her ears. Nothing like the picture online where you can clearly see a green birthstone. If a stone is there it would need a micriscope to see it
Probably used one to take the picture. I feel I have been scammed. Earrings according to the returns policy can't be returned. Should have read the reviews. Lesson learned.

Bought three pairs 1 are perfect the other ones the back come off easily and the third pair as really small they can quite literally go through the ears. When questioned was told that’s the size and there was nothing to be done about the backs falling off!!
