SNUG CITY LIMITED Reviews

The reason why I bought this mattress topper was because the costumer service guy was such a good assistant and he made this recommendation which I decided to follow. And he was right, since I received my mattress topper I am able to sleep better and deep. Is incredible and comfortable how the memory foam feels. You got my thumb up

I have owned several feather toppers, and after buying this duck feather mattress from this store, I think duck feather is one of the best. The duck feather mattress of this store typically cost less and sleep hot less than the average mattress topper of another stores. And I think i highly recommend this store to everyone.

Product of excellent quality, and the attention of the staff is the best.

I love their products are of the best quality I will recommend them with my friends and the customer service is excellent I felt very well attended

High quality product. Neatly made with good quality material.
Easy and smooth purchase. I am glad to have come across your website.

I'm very happy with everything, good customer service and speed with the product.

SNUG CITY products really seem to me of great quality, I bought their pillows and duvets and they are very soft and comfortable ... besides that the customer service and shipping are very efficient and fast ... I recommend it and I will follow it making my friends ... a great company and products

Extremely quick delivery (during lockdown). Packaged well. Products don't have any bad odours and only took 1-2 hours to expand (as came vacuum packed) with no faults/issues. Snug city also had the best prices I've found. Very happy with everything - thank you!

Easy and pleasing to look at the website, amazing products, and quick delivery! Recommended!

Very pleased with the duvets - just what we wanted! Used Snug City via Tesco some time ago, so it was first choice for our next order.

Quick delivery. Comfortable. It is comfortable and a good fit.

My god, what a great product. This is the first time i can get some sleep since ever. I have back issues and this help me a lot

I expected the mattress topper to be more substantial as in the picture and description but it turned out to be more like a glorified duvet. Not happy at all as it does not serve as intended. Could not get back into the bag to return either. What a waste of money! Would not shop there again!!! Very, very disappointed!!!

There are lots of products here to buy and it's comfortable too! Another thing is, their customer service is good. Also, their name "Snug City" is cute lol

many congratulations excellent customer service continue like this many more years

I have never felt so much satisfaction, rest, and softness at bedtime, your pillows feel like feathers at bedtime, your bed covers, everything made by this brand is certainly very good
