Received used product
The base arrived .. used?
It took me 20 minutes to open the lid (yes, following all the instructions with hot water etc)
When I opened, a huge ring of hardened base was around the neck of the bottle, like it was opened and used before..
Then the brush had a few bristles stuck together and nothing helped with that…
I guess someone used it, returned it for whatever reason, and they sent it to me… terrible experience

I have not had a reply. It's been a week or more.
I started SNS several years ago when not really available to the public and spent hours understanding very little information from hard to understand instructions.
Since recommencing and with all the instructions, it's a breeze.

Great customer service
The top coat I received was thick and gunky as if it had been left open. SNS has now sent me a replacement which is appreciated.

Easy to do
Love it! Got it done at a salon and though, man I could do that! So I bought myself the set and had my first go last night. It was so simple go do and they look great. Natural but gives me nails that extra bit of strength so they won't chip or break. Very excited to be buying lots more colours.
