If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered a pair of pants for my teenager on Friday, the LITAN Gateway Baggy Cargo Pants. They were priced at $50 on the website. That is what I paid for them along with a ridiculously priced $25 shipping fee and a $2.15 shipping protection fee. This morning I received an email at them-
“Dear Amber,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but due to a system error, the price of the LITAN Gateway Baggy Cargo Pants in your order was incorrectly listed. The correct price should be $179.00.
To make up for this issue, we’d like to offer you a free pair of ski socks as a gesture of apology. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed—whether you’d like to continue with the purchase at the adjusted price or prefer an alternative solution.
We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to your response.

“No, free socks are not ok. You need to honor the price I bought the pants for. As the mistake was on your side, you need to make it right with the customer.

We will see what they say. This is very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service for the company not to take responsibility for THEIR mistake and screw their customer. Snowears need to have higher customer service standards and operate at a higher level of integrity.

I ordered them about 6 weeks ago and the pants arrived last Monday. After 2 days of skiing I had holes in all of my pockets. I don't recommend the brand.

I placed my order on Jan 31st, it's Feb 19th and I still haven't received my package. The standard shipping says 6-10 business days. I have contacted the store and fortunately they have replied but they cannot do anything about it, just wait till it arrives. I have had this problem before with other stores and they took care of it, sending another order with express shipping. I was just expecting a solution given that I won't be able to use the product this ski season.

Bought a pair of snowpants here in late November/early December. Didn’t get to use them until January do to the warm weather in New York. The seam ripped all the way from the top down to the knees on the inside and outside lining. Have been trying to get in contact with customer support for over a week now. No response. My order Number was #13359SW

I really love the baggy snow pants and oversized jacket!! I love the way they fit me and they are stylish as well. They are waterproof and ready to schred. Not the warmest clothes, it’s just a hardshell, but if you layer underneath you’re good. 😍🏂 would definitely recommend!

Contacted Snowears instagram page to see if the free delivery would get to the UK in time for my ski trip as didn’t want to pay the £42 express delivery. They were very helpful and managed to express my delivery without charging extra and my Doorek baggy pants have arrived in great time ahead of my trip. Fast and polite communication, product arrived exactly as described, all round fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend to anybody who needs some sick ski gear!!!

When I read that they were located in America and China I was concerned at first because I was worrying about the shipping time especially if I had a refund. But not only do you get a very reliable tracking number together with your order which updates regularly but the shipping was fast too! When I had a question regarding the refund procedure I got a response in less than 24h. And I‘m more than happy with my LITAN Snowear set! Definitely a recommendation. They sell what they show you. If you want to be sure with the size i would really consider to use each brands Size Chart. Since I was looking for a baggy style I was happy about the large variety of products and styles. :)
