Great service.
Had an issue with a sleeping pad that I considered quite cold for the R value. They quickly conferred with the manufacturer, forwarded the pad for inspection. Although the manufacturer considered the pad not faulty, I still recommend Snowcountry for their professional service. Really appreciated the experience of dealing with them

Wrong product delivered, no intention of honoring purchase agreement
I received the wrong size of the stove I ordered, a mistake that should have been obvious at the very least from the size of the gas cartridge I ordered along with it. Although the customer service was friendly when I contacted them by email and phone, Snowcountry was unfortunately unwilling or unable to send me the correct size. Regrettably, I had to go on vacation without the stove.

We would have preferred to send you the right cartridge as a solution. However, as also communicated by our customer service team, the correct item was unfortunately no longer in stock at that time.
That is why we offered you the solution to return the product to us, after which we would issue a full refund.

For most countries we offer multiple carriers (UPS/DHL/DPD). Unfortunately, for Switzerland we've not yet found a reliable (and affordable) alternative to UPS that can handle large items (ski's and snowboards) and clear orders through customs in a predictable way. If this changes we'll for sure add alternative shipping options.
