Great service
I'd never used this company before and I'm always dubious about these smaller online retailers; especially when they have no reviews here on trustpilot (hence me making this review now, to add one).
Wanted to ordered 3 packs of the same item but the website had no stock indication. A quick google search took me to their facebook page so I sent a message to ask about the stock.
I had a reply back within about 2 minutes and the chap told me that he had checked that they physically had 3 of them in stock and that to my question about when it would be dispatched, was told that they would be sent out the same day.
Put my order in; items came before 11am the next day.
The instant customer service via the facebook page was great.
So keep in mind that this is my opinion after using the company just once; but from this experience I would highly recommend them.
PS: they were also cheaper than anywhere else I could find for the items I wanted.
