Great software from a trustworthy source
This software works great for my video editing purposes. I got exactly what I paid for with no issues or hassles. I even talked with their customer support to switch my software to a new PC and they were very prompt and helpful, with the transition being a snap. From my experience it seems like a trustworthy group making a good product.

Error when downloading
In reference to my problem I received an immediate response from the support team (Alex) He provided clear instructions on what info to provide in order for him to research the problem. Even though it was over the Christmas break period he still provided professional and prompt assistance. The issue has now been fixed. Thank you Alex.

Works great, simple to use, and reliable
I am now able to download videos from various video services (in addition to YouTube), including websites where my older download tool failed to download. SnapDownloader is very impressive, and yet it is also very easy to use. It simply works, and has been very reliable. I'm very satisfied with my purchase of SnapDownloader. For context, my line of work is that of a Software Engineer, and I am old-school and value stability and simplicity over unnecessary or extra features/fluff.

Good downloader, with some minor flaws
Good downloader. Can download multiple YouTube and TikTok videos (without watermarks) by pasting up to 500 links at once. I only tried 100+ at once tho. And has a setting to download the best quality possible up to 4320p (8K).
My only complaints are:
First, sometimes for no reason, some TikTok videos failed to process. This happens every time for example if I pasted 100 links, will guarantee 1 or 2 videos "failed to process".
Second, it cannot download TikTok videos that are in "slides/photos" format. Meanwhile, free browser-based downloader like Snaptik can even convert the slides/photos into a video, mixing with slides/photos as well.
Other than that, it is a great downloader. I paid for the lifetime license btw.

Support is none although they promised to get back.
So writing to them is a waste of money.
