A great app to download any Youtube video. On the rare chance there are any issues (due to Youtube updating code etc), you send an email to support and within hours that have an update to fix. Truly a great company and I hope they one day create other apps.

Excellent Customer Service !!!
A couple of times the program SnapDownloader stopped working because of changes by YouTube. Latest 24 hours later the problem was always fixed.

Best Downloader On the Market
I have been downloading books and music from You Tube for about 8 years. Snap is the best absolute platform ever. I love the fact that when downloading a song or book, it goes from mp4 to audio on one sweep.
I bought the lifetime license and will never regret it.

This program is so easy to use for you to download any video from U Tube as we all know some videos only stay on there for a short while but with Snap Downloader you can keep them on your hard drive to watch whenever you like. after sales service is also faultless
