Repetitive boxes that are slow in their delivery. Worse than that they are another company that make it incredibly difficult to cancel. Don't use these fraudsters. There's better out there
Wonderfully curated boxes and really good customer service. The food is delicious, the pamphlets about each country are very knowledgeable, detailed and you can tell they took the time to research the countries.
I would've continued the subscription had my dentist advised against it but once I'm able to, I will be back 😁

Terrible customer service. Sick of getting the same countries on repeat. Seems to be less snacks in the box every week. Complained to the customer service to be told ‘this happens sometimes’.
There’s 195 countries in the world??? I’m very tempted to cancel my subscription (if they actually alllow me to) if I get another repeated country
I received my 1st box around 8/3/26. A week later i email them to cancel any further deliveries. They said it was too late to cancel my March box. I said I'd received my March box & wanted to cancel April onwards. They said no, my March box would be delivered around 9/4.
Today 8/4, they despatched the second box that I'd asked to cancel back on 18/3! I then see i was charged for it a whole month ago! Basically the cut off to cancel box 2 was 1/3, which was actually BEFORE i received box 1! Absolutely Joke & SCAM! I've raised a Charge Back claim with my credit card provider.
Does what it says. Interesting concept. Kids love. Took a very long time to arrive

Crap. Took ages get first box. Then cancel the subscription is a farce. Said pending cancellation I thought no more boxes but still sent one. You have to call to cancel , ridiculous.

The snacks were nice and a good selection, but some boxes were delivered late and one month I didn’t receive a box at all. I signed up for 12 months and was still being charged and receiving them almost 18 months later, and unable to cancel through the website, and needed to call customer services to do so.

I have been receiving snackverse for over a year now and I enjoy all the products i receive. It also give you Information about the snacks you receive and also recipes and other interesting facts from the country you receive. We all enjoyed try to guess what country it would be from as its a surprise.

My daughter absolutely love these boxes and the variety of snacks. She looks forward to the delivery every month. As she is home educated she researches each country the snacks have come from.
Delivery always prompt and communication with the company has been very easy.

Total shit took my money march 13th and now April 8th and still not received my goods, ai customer service with proforma responses and holding on to my money after I asked for a refund saying that my order had been processed this was weeks ago
Instant bad first impression, I ordered on 4th March, it's now 8th April and my order is still in processing stage, not even sent out. Any contact just repeats 24-48hrs - zero actual information or assistance. Pretty sure at this point it's a scam, especially with the 24hr flash 'offer' that resets every 24hrs. Will update if I ever receive the box and/or go to the ASA/trading standards report route, which currently is looking more likely than ever receiving the order, along with a bank and police report.

Edit: finally arrived today, they have already charged next months. 20+ full size snacks - I count 16 at a push (a couple of small) & 4 individual sweets that are not 'full sized snacks', so ripping people off.

Payment is taken right at the start of the month, yet the box doesn’t even get dispatched until well over 4 weeks later, if you’re lucky. It completely defeats the point of a “monthly” subscription when you’re essentially always waiting on the previous month’s order. Looking through other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue, with people paying early and still chasing deliveries weeks later.
What’s even more frustrating is the response (or lack of it) from customer service. When you do manage to get in touch, the replies feel dismissive, pretentious, and completely lacking any real customer focus. There’s no sense of urgency or accountability, just generic responses and vague assurances. Even more concerning is the impression that if you try to cancel while waiting, there’s a real risk they’ll simply retain your payment without ever sending the box. Overall, it feels like they’re very quick to take your money, but far less interested once they’ve got it.

Got a reply from customer service asking me to reach out.
Emailed them and yet no reply.
Second month in a row the box hasn’t arrived anywhere near their advised shipping dates.
To make matters worse they have then taken payment for the next month before the previous order is completed.
Their own website stipulates that even if you’ve paid but cancel your subscription they won’t guarantee to send you order.
Impossible to cancel, shocking service. I’ll be contacting my bank to block payments to this scam.

I have just received my 14th successive box and I am very disappointed to have received the same country (Denmark) again!!
After 14 months I have not received 1 from anywhere outside of Europe.
According to the previous boxes on their website, December 2025 should have been Japan, September 2025 should have been Canada, August 2025 should have been Australia and March 2025 should have been Turkey. All of which, I did not receive. I have only received European countries although their website clearly entices people with boxes from international countries. I feel this is false advertising and mis-leading. I have asked for my subscription to be cancelled.
