I have just messaged Snackblend and from what reviews i have read Im not getting my hopes up of receiving my order.The robot does not help just makes you think that my order is being chased up with the delivery company.
I placed my oreder in August....

It's a scam I ordered 3 and got nothing everyone who ordered from Snackblend get it touch with your bank and get your money back let's close this site down no emails off them and it's saying delivery from DHL no later than 2/9/25 let's close it down together

I ordered a blender from SnackBlend on 15th of September but I never received it. I contacted the company several times through email and their website form, but they never replied. Since I had no response and no product, I eventually had to contact my bank to get a refund.

This was very disappointing and a waste of time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from SnackBlend.

I placed an order in July and I have not received it, it is now end of September. After contacting the company on a number of occasions I have now been told that they don't have a record of my purchase. The money went out of my account on the date I ordered it. Early September they promised a refund and now they are saying they haven't got my order recorded. Appalling company service. Is this a scam!!

I regret not checking the reviews before ordering two items. It’s been over four weeks and I still haven’t received them. To make matters worse, I later found the same products on Temu for a fraction of the price I paid at SnackBlend. Avoid this company at all costs!

I just here to come back to checking on reviews and wondering who gives those 5 stars to this scam?? TOTALLY SCAM COMPANY

I ordered this a month ago and never got it. I have contacted the customer service but all I get is an automated answer. This company is a FRAUD!!!! They steal your money and never send anything!!!! This is a FAKE company!!!!! Don’t give them any money!!!!!!

I ordered 2 items and received none. Then when I chat with their robot I’m told they will check into it. I’m told to send email and still nothing; just an automated message saying they will respond within 24 hours. Then my order somehow disappeared from their records and they said I must have typed something wrong and to check what I entered! How is this “company” still able to operate and steal money??!!

After 1,5 months nothing has been deliviered. Customer service don´t reply back. A scam company!

Finally got my money back through a claim to my credit card company instead. (AMEX)

I ordered on 3rd september, it’s been more than 3 weeks but haven’t recieved yet. I send an email to them about the situation but not any responses from them. It’s totally a fraud. Don’t order from them.

Scam company!! Do not buy from them. Ordered two blenders over a month ago, no contact from the company. I’ve emailed with no reply from them!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ordered and paid for 2 items on 25.08.25. Never received them. I've sent 4 emails and only had an automated reply stating that someone would be in touch within 24 hours. Still no reply. I've since requested a refund and not heard anything. Absolute disgrace. Scam company. Take your money and send nothing.

Item did not get delivered. Stated in emails that DHL were delivering. They are not. 5 emails and all returned with the same automated email. NO customer service. Scam Theives

Placed an order August 23rd, 2025 and the items never arrived. I ordered their snack blender in all colors. Tried to contact them but to no avail. Stay away from this site, from this company. Don't waste your time and money.

Wish I'd read Trust Pilot reviews before I ordered! Like everybody else nothing received despite chasing them. That's £16 I'll never see again.
