Placed order in August for two snackblends and like all the other customers I have received nothing. I've emailed them and no response. This is a total scam. Please do not buy from them.

Would not have given it any stars , this company is a SCAM do not order from here , order 2 blenders six weeks ago never arrived constant emails no reply and the chat is obviously a robot disgusting company , luckily I got my money back k from my bank , but please be aware of this rotten company should not be able to trade !!!

Complete scam. Placed two orders mid August, tried to cancel one. They claim they've been sent and can't cancel, though I requested cancellation by email within 30 mins of placing the order. Same as everyone else, get told they'll look into it and never hear anything. They use bots for their 'online chat'. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm now making a claim through my credit card.

I made an order in August for 3 snack blenders and have NOT received anything!
I've emailed several times and just received generic emails , stating shipments are on their way !

Absolutely disgusted with this company, so quick to take money but no goods received. Have contacted them twice no response.

Ordered on August 20th and still not received or answer back from company. Did anybody eventually get their order and it was just delayed?

Was supposed to get a tracking link, but never got one. They don't reply on emails. I looked up the company on trustpilot before placing the order in august, and did not find anything alarming. Now i see that I'm not the only one who got scammed, really annoyed about that.

This is a rogue company, so a warning and word of advice to anyone else, they will take your money and not deliver anything. No reply from customer service and we haven’t received anything since ordering in July. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

DO NOT ORDER… it’s a scam! Mine hasn’t arrived since July. Then I was promised a refund by the bot chat online as they never replied to my three emails. And then two weeks later when I ask where my refund is, magically the bot says they can’t locate my email or order number. AVOID!

This company are an utter disgrace. They advertise their product, accept orders, take peoples money but DO NOT deliver the goods.

I placed an order over 6 weeks ago, received confirmation and was told an e.mail would be sent within 24 hours with tracking information, it wasn't, the money went out of my bank within a day.
Much later I was able to find the tracking info myself using my order number, that tracking information has not changed in over a month. I have e.mailed the company about 10ntimes and all I get back.is a generic e-mail saying someone will contact me within 24 hours, but no one ever does.

This is a scam, corrupt company who fail on so many levels. They take peoples hard earned money (this order was for my Daughters birthday, which has long since passed), they do NOT deliver the goods, they DO NOT reply to e.mails, they don't do anything other than profit from fake advertising.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!
I wouldnt have given any stars if that were possible, unfortunately it wasn't.

Ordered 2 on 4 August. Keep being fobbed off with emails saying delivery is soon. SCAM!

Gave one star as zero wasn’t an option. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM…. NOTHING BUT A SCAM. Facebook are spineless and TBH do t give a toss as long as they’re getting revenue. Pointless pursuing as simply don’t reply to emails; although mine was out for delivery before I’d paid ! Total shite company. Also, please don’t buy anything of Facebook again; at least a paperback has a spine.

Ordered on the 27/[/2025. Order not received on recorded date. Contacted 4 times by email and messages promised a response still nothing. Now 17/9/2025 no reply by email no refund and definitely no product. I agree with other reviews this company is 0 rated unreliable and feels like I've been scammed. Has anyone received a refund yet,?

Ordered on 25th August 2025 and still waiting have email them 3 times. With know reply at all it says it's out for delivery by DHL. But have not received anything 16.00pound down the drain thanks facebook never again will l get anything from facebook. It is just ONE BIG SCAM ABSOLUTE CRAP COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED

Utter scumbags. Ordered the blender for £16 on 05.08.2025, chased them twice by email, order says out for delivery but nothing has arrived. Will not be buying anything online again through Facebook.

This so called company needs investigating. It's a complete bag of shit!!!

Didn’t receive the products ordered. Company does not get back to any emails. No refund given.
