Jessa really helped with an issue I had on my order (my own mistake for ordering more than intended) & also with the bogo offer I at first did not receive but all is well again & I really truly wasn't expecting that efficient of service (from other companies in past) but she really honestly helped me out in a big way. Plus, for her helping bc it was a mother's day gift, so she just made it (experience)that much more rad. Id definitely continue to do return business, just on Jessa's competence alone. 👍🏼 Awesome job. Thank you.

I love the product. Foundation is the best I've used. The site was difficult to track my order. I received emails but that just sent me back to their site. Although, tracking wasn't tops, when I contacted the customer service I was recieved by a helpful lady. Personal contact was very good. Overall good experience. Worth ordering again in the future.

Jessa was great
Jessa was great. She kept me informed every step of the way with an issue regarding mailing address and how to fix it. She then informed me that once she updated that my package was in process to be shipped and once she gets a tracking number she will send it to me. She really stayed on top of everything. I had an issue with one of the two tubes in my order. Carla with customer services helped by asking a few questions for verification. I sent her the requested info and she took care of the issue quickly. I was very pleased with the assistance and final outcome.

The whole experience customer wise with this company has been flawless. The order arrived quickly and was easy to place. When I used the foundation I found it wasn't for me. This is now my go to foundation
This is now my go to foundation. The coverage is great and the colour match is lovely. Some days I use one pump for light coverage and others I use two for a flawless look. It doesn't cake in my fine lines and lasts all day. Very happy with this foundation. The best I've ever used.
