Initially I had an issue with the communication, but that was due to an error.

I've searched our customer service email inbox and I don't see an email from you requesting to cancel your order, other than when you enquired about delivery times 9 days ago.
Please can you forward the emails to the correct email address stated on our store (smokeorganicza@gmail.com).
You mentioned that no one will be at your place to receive the delivery, but the courier says that someone at your residence accepted the delivery? Please let me know if that is incorrect.
We strive for an excellent customer service and online shopping experience.
I can ask our delivery partner to collect the unopened package and return it to our warehouse. I will happily process a refund for the items.

I'm sorry that you expected a pack of pods to come with the device that you purchased.
We try our best to make it clear what comes in the package when you place an order. The image you are referring to is for illustration purposes, the description and specifications clearly states that the Starter Kit comes with a 320 mAh device & a USB-C charger.
You are the first customer to complain about it, I do apologise. Unfortunately as a business, I'm sure you can understand that we cannot on a whim give out free products and cover shipping costs.
However, I will add an additional pack of refillable pods to your most recent order as an apology because I don't want you to feel cheated. Please read the product description and product specifications in the future to avoid disappointment.

On my first order there was a slight hiccup with the courier and the device that was delivered. This was amicably resolved with the owner via email and a refund or voucher offered.
