Money wasted
My first order was short with one bottel of liquid, they were Quick to respond on whatsap and told me the will send it or refund me, I asked for a new liquid and being in conversation with them decided to also purchace a pod system. Received it on 7 Dec and on 8 started to use it but experienced problems. I whatsaped them, no answer, and I can see they did read the message. Send them 2 emails, no response...so now I cant use it because its leeking the whole time and must write of R418. They are Quick to respond when you spend your money but other wise no response at all. Funny how I receive marketing emails from them, the same emails I used to report my problem🫢

Thank you for giving us this feedback. First off, I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience with our delivery process.
This past week has been terrible with our Free Delivery partner, The Internet Express courier.
We've had countless customers complain about the delivery time and not receiving the packages on time. Perhaps due to the Black Friday rush of online shopping; however, its not an excuse to not receive your package on time.
We've taken the step to remove them from our list of trusted courier partners and shifted over to The Courier Guy who is slightly more expensive but ensures packages are delivered on time, every time.
I'm extremely sorry for the delay in your delivery.

Excellent service, bad device.
Excellent service, bad device. I would not suggest going for the new Air Egg, and rather go for the stick devices as the plug mechanism is the worst I've seen in my 10+ years of vaping. Worse than when you could only get clone tanks etc here in South Africa when the scene was starting out.
