Disappointing Communication Experience with Smoke Emporium
Unfortunately, my recent experience with Smoke Emporium was marred by a lack of responsiveness. Despite reaching out via email to rectify an order mistake ahead of fulfillment, I did not receive a reply from their team. Consequently, the order was sent as originally processed. While I understand mistakes happen, better communication from their end would have been appreciated to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
