Easy and comfortable experience with Impress Clinic. I was given 10 trays and change one tray after 14 days they fit nicely and I have seen good progress so far. The app is also easy to use when submitting pictures of my teeth with and without the aligners. The staff were great and friendly.
Before and during the early stages of my treatment last year, there appeared to be some inconsistencies and miscommunication regarding my treatment plans. However, after I raised these concerns, things improved significantly, and the teams have since been consistently helpful and responsive to my inquiries.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Impress regarding an Invisalign treatment I cancelled on the same day as my appointment.
I was informed by the treatment coordinator that I was allowed to cancel, so I immediately made it clear that I did not want to proceed with treatment or receive any retainers/products. I cancelled within the 14-day period and followed up repeatedly over the course of a month asking for updates and written confirmation.
During this time, I received multiple conflicting responses from the company. I was initially told that no payment had been received or processed and that no signed consent documentation existed on their system. Later, I then received invoices and was informed that payment had in fact been taken and that signed consent forms did exist.
The lack of communication, contradictory information, and delays in resolving the issue have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Despite cancelling immediately and continuously requesting confirmation, I am still having to chase for answers and clarity and being told that they are not cancelling my treatment even though I don’t want it.
Very disappointing customer service and handling of what should have been a straightforward cancellation process.
I will be reporting them to the ombudsman.
They owe me a refund of over £1200 for not being able to fulfill my treatment plan. Been waiting over a year.. avoid them. Keep lying over emails and never returning my calls avoid avoid avoid!!
An amazing place! The treatment is super comfortable, easy and accessible. All the professionals that work there are super sweet, professionals and nice ☺️

The worst experience having suffered them for the lightest 'treatment' plan. Seriously save yourselves the aggro and go with someone reputable, who doesn't resort to calls blackmailing, bribing and gaslighting to get you to stop a bank dispute due to their failure to carry out their contract and taking money out of my account without authorisation or consent - so illegally. Not even wasting words on the plethora of admin and medical negligence failures. Would be minus stars if the option was available and will be taking them to the health ombudsman.

I have Invisalign and the whole process is really clear and easy with help of the staff especially when I come to my appointments, Virginia is really nice and helpful and can always answer my questions. Such a great company to do Invisalign with and I'd recommend it to all.
