Afspraken en termijnen worden niet nagekomen; scans en consulten worden onnodig herhaald en het behandeltraject sleept zich jarenlang voort. Er ontstaan zelfs nieuwe orthodontische problemen. Er wordt geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid genomen. Bent u ook gedupeerd en wilt u een klacht indienen of juridische stappen ondernemen via de consumentenautoriteiten, wacht dan niet en neem contact op. Fijne dag.

The clinic has changed its name several times. Negative reviews are being removed. The service and treatment, which cost thousands of euros, are absurd. Appointments and deadlines are not respected; scans and consultations are unnecessarily repeated, and the treatment process drags on for years. New orthodontic issues are even being created. Very disappointed with my experience at Impress (Eindhoven).

The communication is very poor. I have been trying for 8 weeks to schedule an appointment, and during this time I received multiple confirmations that were later changed or not handled correctly.

My appointment was first confirmed for April 25, then changed to April 27, and now suddenly moved again to weeks later without any clear reason. This is not acceptable.

I have tried several times to discuss this issue and find a solution, but my concerns were not taken seriously.

The treatment itself might be good, but the organization and communication are very unreliable. I hope this will be improved for future customers.

The overall experience is great, I am almost at the end of my journey with my Invisalign and I had a wonderful experience.
