Good customer service
I bought the water flash machine since 2024 and its still working very well. Last month the water tank of the machine was broken and I contacted the customer service to replace it and they responded quickly and send it to my address in two days. Thank you

Purchased a water flosser in Dec 2025, and have lost the charging lead. Reached out to customer service, and the service and response time has been amazing. Shout out to Elisa A who is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I ordered the 5 in 1 water flosser…
I ordered the 5 in 1 water flosser after my hygienist told me to get one and I have only had it a few days and I can say it works great in fact better than I was expecting. The full power setting is quite high so I would recommend starting at a lower setting and working your way up but I’d recommend this to anyone and for the money it’s very good value.

Works well, gets rid of plaque and stains
Works well, gets rid of plaque and doesn't run out quickly, charge carries for ages. Also gets rid of stains but does take a couple days to get rid of stubborn ones.

Waste of money
Waste of money. Literally a vibrating piece of metal. Doesn’t work cheap plastic and packaging. Very misleading and basically a con.if you filter these reviews to “verified” you’ll see I’m not alone with this.

My Terrific Toothbrush
I am 14 Years Old and was bought The Electric Toothbrush on recommendation from My Hospital Consultant who performed My Surgery ( An Abyss drained and 4 Teeth Roots removed under anaesthetic during emergency surgery) and I think My toothbrush is Fab, I like all the buttons and can not wait to clean my teeth every morning, My favourite mode is Nurse because it reminds me of being cared for in Hospital
