Poor quality kids flossers one marked and have not even opened one as the quality of the first or the two is awful

They also try to get you to keep it by offering a discount

Rubber seal became loose and water just poured from flosser. The 3 speed settings button only worked on one setting.
Really disappointed with this product. I have a cheaper flosser and it far superior to this brand
I have been trying to send back two items for a full refund since the 4/7/25 and each time I have been fobbed off by email offering a 15% discount (£7.49) and then a 25% discount (£12.49). The total cost of items is £49.98. My emails are now ignored and the 30 days to return is almost over.

I'm afraid this doesn't work at all. Having mild tartar build up between dental appointments, I expected the 'Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner *BEST SELLER*' I bought and received on 2nd April at £22.49, to do what was advertised. It has a blunt, vibrating silver head, which isn't painful, or uncomfortable, but it doesn't remove anything either, not even discoloration. I try it several times, and to return it at the time, I would have had to take photographs of my teeth to document the progress, this might still be the case. . .I would recommend you don't purchase.
I ordered 3 toothbrushes for my children for Christmas, firstly they are a nightmare to charge, only work if charged by USB on my laptop, which is not made clear at point of sale but also no good if someone doesn’t have a laptop!
The toothbrushes were then faulty and whilst replaced by therapy I had to push for it back in January. I now have replaced the heads in the toothbrushes and it has stopped them being able to work (purchased with the toothbrush). I have never had so many problems with a toothbrush and it not working the majority of the time! Stick to oral b!

I have sent email for my item to be returned cause its wrong colour an do not like it.
Do not buy these company send me the wrong order, ruined my Christmas present, made me pay for my own money to send the wrong item back, never send my money or the toothbrush I paid for !!! Keeping both items and the money I paid for it plus the money I’ve paid for delivery! I should have bought the toothbrush from Tesco. They have no phone number to contact them on, just an email address that they reply whenever they want ! DO NOT BUY ! I’m very disappointed! I have photos to prove what I’m saying! They don’t even let me update screenshots from our conversation they know what they are doing
The toothbrush does not work not fit for purpose and the robot keeps asking me to send a video of it not working. They will not respond with a return address. THIS IS A SCAM
Fully charged the Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner and it did not work. I sent a video showing that the product didn't work to the support team and I am convinced that their 'support team' are bots. All emails I receive back are not addressing my concerns (that I wish for a refund) but are basically a replica of their previous email, asking the same questions that i've answered many times. They are asking that I send the product back at my own cost and then they will refund the product but not the delivery. No where on their 'money back guarantee' does it state this. To be honest, I feel like this site is a scam, therefore, I have now got my solicitor involved.
Complete scammers and thieves. I returned an order, despite my numerous messages, I hardly got any responce and have never seen a refund. Their products are cheap rubbish dropshipped from Aliexpress.
I bought two toothbrushes, asked for certain colour spare heads but I was advised they did not have them - had I known this, I would not have purchased them. I obviously now had to accept this fact and asked them to send me the link to the new spare toothbrush heads as I simply couldn’t find them; they’re not even listed as accessories below the listing of the toothbrushes I bought. I had asked three times now. As they assume I’m still asking about different colour headed spare heads, they always send me the wrong reply informing me that they have none in the colour I asked for. No longer my question.
In addition to this I have had to send every message more than once as they never reply the first time; the terrible service has been acknowledged as they have offered me a 20% discount but I have replied asking them how can I accept this if they never reply? Ironically I’m still waiting for a reply to this too! All I want now is to be signposted to the link to spare heads as I fear I have bought brushes with no spare heads (if that’s the case I want all my money back) and to ask why the service has been so truly abysmal? Why do I have to forward replies repeatedly to get a reply? I just don’t know how they get glowing customer service and positive feedback. I’ve been struggling now for nearly six weeks.
