I can see that you accepted on your order the extended delivery lead times due to the COVID19 pandemic. I am aware due to the pandemic Woodlands experienced unprecedented demand for there sheds and this had a major knock on effect to there production and deliveries. Such issues was and still is being experienced across the garden industry as a whole not just with timber sheds,

Due to the pandemic, international logistics had been severely impacted and the container carrying your pre-order was impacted resulting in a delay arriving into the UK.

Lifetime Shed
Woow! What a team. Polite, friendly, professional, punctual, great sense of humour you name it. They tick all the boxes but above all they know their stuff. Our lifetime shed was professionally assembled this morning and in 2.5hrs it was all done (yes I was watching the⏰)! I was not rushed even when I was still deciding where to position it they were still smiling! By the way I took time to decide🤭. I can not recommend them enough. It's a shame a shed is not something you buy regularly, I would have bought another one and hire them again!

kingston 16’x10’ curved carport
kingston 16’x10’ curved carport. Not fit for purpose. Despite costing £754 the roof panels are made from flimsy polycarbonate sheets. After the first high winds they flexed and blew away. Customer service stated that it wasn’t their problem because it’s not designed for high winds!! Really? This is a carport being sold in England. Unfortunately this is not fit for purpose. Each panel costs another £50 to replace. Do not buy this item unless you can guarantee no wind.

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with your carport. The carport is suitable for weather conditions in the United Kingdom and they have been put through rigorous wind speed checks before leaving the factory.
From what I can gather regarding your order the panel may have not been securely fastened to the unit and this resulted during strong winds to come off.
As this is not part of the warranty any replacement parts we are afraid are chargeable.

Exemplary service.
We changed our order and then cancelled it - through no fault of SM Garden Sheds.
They remained polite and helpful throughout the process; I would recommend them.
