The experience to rent the vehicle was a little troubling. When I called, they mentioned they didn't have any cars available for today. They confirmed vehicles were available the next day and I asked them to make a reservation. I was referred to the website to make the reservation. Upon checking the site, I discovered there was a vehicle available for the original day, which I reserved immediately. From there, the pickup experience was seamless. The car was clean and gas tank full and I was on my way without delay. Returning the vehicle was also effortless. The process was complete in less than 5 minutes and I received the final invoice via email within 30 minutes.

Fast, easy, professional. Need I say more. Within minutes we rented a car. Access was even easier with the rental being located just across from our hotel. The return process was just as simple and was completed within minutes. No hassle! Great experience

There were very clear instructions for picking up and returning the car. The shuttle from the airport to the car was there within 15 minutes.
Car (Kia Picanto) was nice and clean. Contact via WhatsApp was very convenient and direct. There was a small issue with the yearly taxes/insurance and that was quickly resolved. Very happy with this rental.

Economy car was not available. I had to take a SUV. 18$ MORE Expensive.
I rent it for one day ( but a few days earlier another rent for 2 days) + 15$
Fuel was not full full. I did 80 km and put 16 liters fuel in it. When I said it to the desk, the answer was thank you.+8$
So it was a very expensive rent for me.

Very easy to hire a car with Smart Wheels. Good communication via mail, also photos from the car from before in the contract so no uncertainty about the state of the car.

Only thing that’s good to know that you have some extras you can take on the car like no risk or road assistance.

Nice staff at pick up of the car. No time consuming proces of long lines and showing creditcard and drivers licence etc. This is all done online prior to the trip. Some instructions of the car would have been nice. Ie explanation how to drive an automatic car. The instruction manual was not present in the car. I ordered a phone holder in the car. Unfortunately it was broken and we could not use it. The drop off proces is perfect, easy, quick and hassle free. I would use smart wheels again.

First of all the service was excellent the car clean Apple CarPlay. Two days we had the car, it wasn’t a big car but it worked perfectly.

Everything was organized to our greatest convinience.
The pick-up and returning- instructions were very clear (even with a video 👍🏼!) and helpful and if necessary we could always app or call for assistance. Luckily there were no complications, but it felt very secure, should we have needed more help.(of course only as far as we can be the judge of.) Thnks Riangelo!
