Everything has been fantastic

I ordered a phone from these folks and it never worked, worse they wouldn't engage with me for replace or remediate it. I would never do business with them again.
The stiffed me for $200, buyer beward I suppose...

I am extremely sorry for the issue you have faced, I can appreciate your frustration and can assure you this is a concern of ours as we do not intend as a company to send out faulty handsets to our customers as that is something which will go against our company policy.
Additionally if a customer has an handset which is faulty, we do offer a return exchange within 14 days of receiving the handset and it is 30 days for faulty devices.
These information are provide on our website as well as on the customer order confirmation email. I will advice you to contact our customer service team on 0345 470 4000 and choose option 2; our customer service team will assist you on your complain.

Tried to order twice and both times knocked back. Once after giving bank details, ince after giving a copy of my passport. By far the worst experience i have ever had and to make matters worse, no one had or was allowed to know why and so could not answer my question. Disgusting way to treat customers
