You only got 1 star because trustpilot is to generous and won't let me give 0 stars or minus stars. Nearly every single deal I clicked on is 'no longer available'. When I finally found one that is available, even tho it is on a network I really didn't want to be with, I decided to go with it. I filled out the form, gave my bank details and did the ID check thing with my debit card, you took my £2.50. Then I'm informed that I will receive an email confirming my order, well the only email I received was to remind me I still have a phone in my basket, although I haven't created an account. So now I have no phone in any basket. What a load o s**t...
Just a quick update on this review. This company advertises as no credit checks and guaranteed 100% pass, so I should just be waiting for my shiny new phone now. Instead, I got a message stating I have been refused the contract and I'll have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Blatant liars.

Placed an order on the 14th January…
Placed an order on the 14th January around 9PM, email confirmation the next day to say order had been accepted. Delivered before 10am 16th January. Kept me updated through out the process. I was initially worried after reading reviews after I placed my order but I can not fault my experience with this company. Great service.

Aboulutly distugsted with this company UPDATE
Ordered a phone on black Friday.when I recieved the confirmation e mail it was not as advertised but was somesort of cash back deal.i e mailed back to cancel but the phone arrived.After e mailing and trying to phone the company and getting no reply I put a review on here about the issue and finally got a response with a return ref and an address to return the unopened phone to.The phone went back and I recieved an e mail to say the contract had been cancelled.
I then got a bill from O2 ,I contacted them on 19th Dec and explained the phone had been returned and they said they would look into it .the cancellation may have crossed with their bill. Yesterday I got another e mail from O2 chasing the unpaid bill.Rang them again but as I could not answer their security questions eg last number dialled on the phone or code from the sim card,both of which I didn't know as THE PHONE HAD BEEN RETURNED UNOPENED,I now apparently have to find an O2 store.take photo I'd and hope they can sort this out.Absoloutly appalling,not only do I have to go to store to try and sort a contract I was told was cancelled I have probably now got a black mark on my credit rating for the first time I over 60 years

Overall, brilliant!
Ordered phone on a Thursday and it came on the following Tuesday. So, not next day delivery as such, but still a brand new iPhone 8, on O2, and on a better deal than O2 (or anyone else) could offer. Very happy.
A lot of the negative reviews of SPC appear to be to do with not being able to get hold of someone for help. That is something SPC should look at. Others are moaning about cashback deals, which are notorious anyway - and I’d avoid them.
But if you want a brand new phone on a major network, at a very competitive price, SPC does the job!

Straightforward
Easy to deal with. Only small negative my old account with three after pac code was used to change contracts expired at 1230pm but my new phone and sim was not delivered to 430pm - no big issue except I wasn’t aware of it so was without phone for a few hours and uncontactable
