Bad customer service

Placed my order back in March, we picked a nursery furniture set that was advertised with quickly delivery time scale “2-14 working days” - what a load of crap!!! Not only did I not receive my order within that delivery time scale, I had to chase for an update. I was then told that the changing unit was out of stock & was due to be delivered within 3/4 weeks, I was then asked if I was happy for the rest of the order to be shipped out, which I agreed too. I was very understanding at the time as these things happen sometimes, but I was also reassured that I would receive updates.

The rest of the furniture set arrived not long after, unfortunately it was damaged so once again I had to reach out & ask for a replacement part, there was also an option to add an under cot storage draw on their website, I didn’t pay too much attention to the colour or the image that was displayed, & added this to my basket, the furniture set we chose was white & much to my surprise when it arrived the draw was navy.. when I spoke to a manager she explained that tutti bambini do not do the under cot storage draw in white & that the picture that is on their website shows that the draw is navy… if that’s the case why is there an option on the website to add this as an extra under the white set? I then sent this storage draw back & was told I would receive a refund, a week after it was delivered back to their warehouse & my refund was nowhere to be seen. Surprise surprised, I had to send an email & chase for my refund, I also asked if there was an update on the changing unit, as they decided to reduce the price of the unit & we’re still advising the delivery time scale was 2-14 working days!? Yet my changing unit is still nowhere to be seen?

I received my refund the same day but my email was completely disregarded. I left it a week & chased for another update, still nothing. I got fed up of sending emails that were not being responded too; so I decided to call instead. I was then told that my email was being looked at by a manager & that someone would call me back within the hour. As the day went on I didn’t hear anything, I tried to call back but the lines were closed. So I sent another email.
Finally a manager called me back, explained the situation but I walked away from that conversation even more frustrated, there was no apology or anything from their side. I was told I’d get a call me back the following day with an update, I didn’t receive a phone call but got an email instead apologising that i didn’t receive a call back & that i would get a call back in the morning (this was supposed to happen on Friday)… I’m still waiting for that phone call now.

There is also further issues I have experienced however id be here all day writing this review.

8 weeks down the line & I’m still waiting for my back order. I’m now 3 weeks away from my due date with an unfinished nursery for my first baby, completely fed up, exhausted & done with dealing with these people. The delivery time scale on their website was misleading & false advertisement.

From the customer service or should I say lack of, I have received I will never order from this company again & i do not recommend their services.

10 out of 5, unreal service

Amazing service, amazing delivery and amazing staff, we received our products at the best price and within our time frame, we then went through the worst case scenario with our pregnancy and everyone involved was unreal, from heartfelt sympathy to professionalism with the right touch of personality, Sam especially made a painful time as painless as possible

Amazing service!!

Amazing service!!! We ordered our pushchair on 6th May and asked if possible to deliver ir asap because we really want to take it with us on our first family holiday of 3 and guess what?? It was delivered in couple of days! Omg - this such a extra mile guys. Thank you. You made our holiday already unforgettable!

Still have no received my order

Still have no received my order. I have emailed and they told me it was end of Jan. now it’s the beginning on Feb. I ordered it on the 3rd of Jan.
