Order never arrived

Update 2: got a full refund after the request via chat bot, the response was very quick -- really thankful for that!
Update: the order has never arrived, no tracking number for the express 10eur 2days max delivery, chat bot gives the carrier name that cannot be found anywhere on the internet and refuses to specify any other delivery details. Email support also seems to be all ai generated. Gift voucher scam, when they claim that you are eligible to the voucher of x Eur because you reached a specific sum. in the end it’s you who pays for the voucher, because it’s meant as a voucher for other people to spend on their website.
When placing my order on my smartphone, the system never asked me to enter a delivery address. After paying with PayPal, the website automatically inserted my PayPal address without showing any order review page. I even paid an extra €10 for urgent delivery, and now the package is about to be shipped to the wrong country because of their terrible interface. I cannot change the delivery address, the support is promised to respond in 3 days, while the delivery I paid is scheduled for 24-48h and there is no other way connecting with them.
Their AI chatbot keeps freezing. You have to repeat the same request over and over because it doesn’t save or process the conversation properly.

Incorrect delivery address and no possibility to change it

When I purchased the box, it wasn’t possible to enter a delivery address — my personal one was automatically added instead, which wasn’t correct since it was a gift. I tried contacting customer service, and after several emails providing all the correct recipient details, they told me the issue had been resolved. However, the next day they said it couldn’t be changed because the shipment had already been sent. There’s definitely a lot of room for improvement.

I had purchased a SMARTBOX holiday box

I had purchased a SMARTBOX holiday box, but due to a serious personal problem in the months prior to expiration, I could not use it. I politely contacted support, asking for an extension, but I was told that it was not possible: no exceptions, no refunds, no flexibility.

In a market where many companies show customer focus, SMARTBOX is distinguished by its intransigence. I invite those who are thinking of buying from them to consider this attitude.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Thieves. No longer operating in my country and they didn't inform me and are denying me a refund. Rude customer service employees, condescending, dismissive, and don't respond for months at a time. I'd rather eat 100 euro than give it to this horrible company.
