Im rewriting this review because of how absolutely awful the selection is on this app. It honestly seems like a scam. Shangri La in Rome a week or two ago was €100 extra when using my gift voucher through Emozione3 but only €105 if I book the same night directly through the hotel! I searched many different dates over the course of several different months in Italy’s biggest cities and there is literally nothing to be found. There is so little available through this awful system that the app has been suggesting a place or two in Veneto when searching down in Sicily!

I also just opened up a “SmartBox” hoping that it was a different company and would be somewhat useable, but it’s the same problem.

These experiences were wedding gifts and I feel terrible our friends and family wasted their money on this garbage.

Do yourself a favor, if you bought a SmartBox or something from Emozione3, try to get your money back or just find the nearest dumpster because this is an absolutely useless system.
