Shocking
Shocking, absolutely disaster, sent money to my brother in law for his medical treatment, who is a cancer patent, it has been 8days, everytime i call them they give me different story. I have been told manager will call me in 10mins twice, nobody even bother to call.
My brother in law is stuck now, he can not go fo his treatment until he receive the money.This is unacceptable, they are playing with people's life,Everyone in customers service are well trained on how to lie.
My family is stressed about the whole situation, don't know how my brother in law will bear his treatment expenses now.
I will definitely take legal action I promise.
PLEASE NEVER EVER USE SMALL WORLD, THIS IS ONE OF THE WORSE COMPANNY.....

Lost family member waiting on transfer!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I simply wanted to send money to aid in medical costs. It has been an entire month and I'm still getting excuses from Small World. I have lost the family relative who needed the money for medical care. Refund me my money or I'll be escalating this.

Small world money transfer service…
Small world money transfer service rubbish. Day by day service is going down. Before 2 years ago money rate and service was very good. Now Rate is low then other companies and services MTN very slow. Now over 72 hours still my benifisher not received the money. Some time we have to wait 3/4 days to transfer the money and receive the confirmation.
Apps also rubbish. Some benifisher branch not listed on small world branch list. Every few weeks later accounts details automatically missing.
If you interested to send Emergency money, then don't use small world. It's gonna take 3/4 days.

Very poor customer service.
Very poor customer service.
Sent money. They withold money saying that it's with compliance. When I called, they said they they'll review it and release the money. Waited half day, no money sent for more than 3 days. I had to call and request a refund. Each time I called, they said its with compliance. They keep toasting me around. The money that was meant to be sent for medical bills got delayed until I had to use a different provider which sent the money within minutes. Very awful. I even contact the complain department, they never acknowledge nor respond to my message. Very horrible service. I stopped sending money with small words finance. If you have emergency don't use them unless you don't care.

I've more than 40 transactions with SMALL WORLD. On every transaction you are checking who I'm whom I send money, why I send money. You take 3, 4, 5 days or one week to check all. When you transfer money to Pakistan your partners bank take also some days to give money. It can't continue in this way. Even my this last one transaction number. 4042743440 sent on 22/05 is not available on this day of 29/05. Can you imagine what wrong is going with you. I'll be no more your client. Enough is enough.
