I have ordered multiple prints from smallwoods & I will absolutely order more, and recommend to all of my friends and family. The quality is unmatched and the customer service is incredible. They are quick with responses and helped resolve a photo quality issue by sending me a replacement free of charge. I can’t thank them enough for being accommodating. And for the fast shipping!!

My first print wasn’t great quality due to the photo that I had submitted but they happily replaced the product when I submitted a better quality photo. Shipped fast and looks great. Customer service was really REALLY impressive - multiple Smallwood employees reached out supporting us. We will be working with them moving forward ❤️

Smallwood does a great job every time! I have been purchasing from Smallwood for the past four years now and have always been happy with my purchase. Recently, my order came damaged & they sent me a replacement quickly. Customer support was very kind and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend Smallwood! Love that you can replace photos in the large frames, too!

Originally purchased a set of canvas wrapped frames and liked the quality. When we did new family pictures I wanted to update the photos as advertised so I ordered the refills. When they arrived, they don't fit the frame. Nowhere on the website does it specify what frames the print refills work in or any exclusions. When I called to order just the frames I need and let them know their advertising was misleading, they stated I would have to reorder the frames with the photos again. They had no other options and talked to me like I was an idiot for not knowing the frame wasn't compatible but if it's the exact same size, how would I know that? Why would I want to own duplicate pictures? I will not be purchasing from them again based on the false advertisement and condescending representative.

I am very disappointed by the customer service (or rather lack there of) that was provided. I understand the printing color can very slightly, but the print I received looks absolutely nothing like the photo I submitted. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have placed several orders over the years. The fact that you didn’t even offer a partial refund (or any resolution for that matter!), is extremely upsetting. I most definitely will not be ordering from you again. Your lack of customer service/satisfaction is appalling.

They have great customer service. They responded quickly when support was requested. They made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Their products are beautiful and great quality. I highly recommend ordering through Smallwood Home.

Never received.

Great quality! I used photos taken from my iphone and the quality is superb; I ordered the 44x29 frames. One arrived with a crease in the print and I contacted them, heard a response within an hour and a replacement was processed same day. They had me throw out the damaged print so I didn't even have to worry about returning it. Will be using in the future!

So very disappointed that I received a “custom” photo (24x36) family photo of my children with one of the members being cut out of the photo with the exception of her arm.
I immediately contacted Smallwood’s asking why I wasn’t sent an email, telephone call, etc… to let me know that my submitted photograph was going to be altered. I was told:

It does look like the item was printed as it was ordered. Our custom orders are considered final sales as they are specific to you. However, I do understand the importance of wanting to have this item designed as you like. Since this was an honest mistake, I would like to offer you a courtesy.
My courtesy was to pay “half-off” of an additional print! SO for those looking to order a “custom order”…. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PHOTO IS PERFECT AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO POSSIBLE WAY THAT SOMEONE AND/OR SOMETHING CAN BE CUT OFF! “Custom” at Smallwood’s DOES NOT mean that anyone will take any time to make sure the photograph submitted even fits the frame!

10/10 recommend this company and their prints/frames. FedEx did their typical damage control to our packages and unfortunately two of our prints didn't make it without quite a bit of damage. Despite FedEx being the worst, everything else is perfect! I am BEYOND IMPRESSED with this company and their customer service. The photos and frames are amazing and they quickly rectified the issue with the damaged photos. We will definitely be ordering more in the future.

One of my pictures had a large crease in it from damage to the box. I messaged them about it, and they immediately replied saying they’ll send another one asap. I was so thankful! The pictures printed beautifully. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Buyer beware! Your photos will come out darker than the photo you provided and customer service will not budge on replacing it even after stating that they print their products dark due to “porous material which accepts colors and ink differently than a flat photo” as stated by customer service. This should be advertised so a customer knows what to expect! They did not offer any solution for my 22x44 that will go to waste as you can’t even see my child’s face in the photo due to how dark it was printed. I even offered to purchase a photo refill for discounted price and that option was denied. I will not use this company again.

Great company! Prints are amazing and worth every penny. I had an issue with one of my prints getting damaged during shipment. Customer service was amazing and replaced my print without any problems. Will definitely be ordering again!

One of the items I received was damaged. I sent an email and less than 24 hours had a response with a replacement on it's way. BEST customer service ever! The quality is great and am excited to be ordering more SOON!

Smallwood Home is a top notch company and I highly recommend them. I had a clarity problem with a recent purchase and customer service bent over backwards to help. From help filling out the form to the final outcome their team was supportive every step. The prints are very reasonable too

I have purchased many pictures from Smallwood and they always look amazing!

I ordered 6 framed pictures and 3 had cropped our heads off in the editing process and i hadn’t realized it. Customer service helped me resolve this issue to get pictures that were the way we wanted.

Amazing company! When they noticed I had edited my photo too much and it would not print correctly, they reached out and fixed it before they printed it. Then, when i got the print in and there was a spot that I wasn't crazy about, they offered to print it with the corrects for a VERY VERY small fee and sent me the new print!
