If I could give a "zero" I would

If I could give a "zero" I would. DO NOT ORDER from this company! I ordered a cap for my krups espresso maker. I received an email thanking me for my order. The website says the following about shipping: "We ship to all 50 U.S. states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. For any order shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, additional shipping charges will apply. All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico may be subject to shipping fee adjustments. We will notify of any such adjustment before the order is processed. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses such as an APO, FPO boxes or Canada." After my cap didn't come after 12 days, I called customer service. The rude customer service agent said that it was coming "on the slow boat from France." I asked why this is not indicated upon ordering OR in the confirmation email I received. "We tell you that when you call in," she said. I replied, "So you wait for people to get frustrated by the delivery time, then call in to check where the package is before telling them this information?" Yes, I said that this should have been on the confirmation email. She said she wasn't going to argue with me and literally hung up on me. This is simply awful customer service. DO NOT ORDER from SmallAppliance.com. Now I need to go out to buy another espresso maker after waiting 2 weeks for the cap. The customer service is simply appalling and the ordering completely misleading.
