Not helpful
I am living in Helsingborg. Since Sunday, 12 October 2025, in front of my room, we got three packages from Smakbox. We never order or have a subscription from Smakbox, so we decided to leave the box outside my room. Maybe someone will take those boxes. But, until today, Wednesday, 15 October 2025, no one has taken this package until we smell something bad from the frisk bag.
I am really confused about what to do with this package since we never ordered it, and no one ever told me that they would send me this Smakbox.
We checked on the box, and there is no name on it.
The next day, I called them in the morning, and they told me we could take all the boxes for free. However, they were already damaged because many dairy products should be in the fridge, which was almost half of the stuff in the boxes. It will be so time-consuming if we have to identify one by one. I decided to call them again; maybe they can send someone to pick up the whole stuff because we don't even need it. The officer just said NO without any helpful solution. Then, I need to empty every single product before throwing it away in the trash. I asked them to tell me at least which products are still consumable, but they did not reply to my email. Ridiculous!!!
NEXT TIME, PLEASE PUT THE NAME ON THE BOX SO WE KNOW WHO OWNS THE WHOLE BOXES. It was so unfair, and you didn't give me a helpful solution, even though this isn't my mistake at all!!
