Twenty One Pilots were amazing, venue staff were horrible
Twenty one pilots put on an amazing show as always but the venue staff was the rudest and most heartless people I have ever come across in my entire life. One bloke just ripped off my wristband because I put a tiny bit of tape to hold it in place after it got a bit wet and I didn’t want it falling off. If he’d given me 5 seconds to carefully remove the tape it would have been just as if was when put on. I had done the same thing at other shows on the same tour with no issues, other people that day had also done the same and been fine, I however, who got there at 4am did so, and without hearing me out or anything I was grabbed and it was ripped off which really hurt and pushed away. Rudest, careless and most heartless person I’ve come across in a professional setting. Will never return to this venue again. If your favourite artist is playing, travel somewhere else. When I asked other venue staff who had even seen it happen, they shrugged it off and said nothing they could do. What a way to treat customers who are coming for a good time. No where does it say do not tamper with (even though I literally just made sure it wouldn’t rip or come off as it wasn’t put on well either) and also nobody even mentioned when giving out the wristbands about not tampering with them. Disgusting and disgraceful
Also, very strange entrance. Was told to get rid of any liquids but I wasn’t searched or went through any scanners so security is non existent so didn’t feel safe either. Not that I did to begin with after being man handled by security.
I also sent an email to the venue the day prior to the event asking if the tickets would be transferrable to which they did swiftly reply, but their reply was not even remotely close to an answer to that question
