I had bad experiences with different recruitment companies but SMAART Recruitment was hands down the best experience I have had.

Sarah was honest, attentive and easy going in my whole application process. She even made sure to send reminders about interviews and little good luck messages before hand. I did get the job and she sent me a lovely message of congratulations.

I had a great experience and recommend anyone looking for work to seek help with SMAART.

The team was very helpful and accommodating, meeting with me outside of work hours. They understood my needs and didn't try to push me to apply for roles I wasn't interested in. The company they put me forward for is where I now work and I'm very happy.

Initially staff were friendly, but when I asked for more support later on, emails and messages were ignored. Placement finished suddenly a lot earlier than expected, due to company downsizing. Response was rude and "these things happen" and didn't receive any response to phone calls or emails. Left with a terrible experience of the company.

Smaart made me feel great throughout this whole process and all of the agents were so helpful.

I had great service from Tom Woods. I would recommend Smaart. Tom made contact on the day I applied through seek. He interviewed me the next day. I had a interview with the hiring company the next day and had the job by the following day.
