Scam paid for a trial and they keep trying to take money out my account. I need to call my bank to put a block on them.

I hope they soon give me money back. Here we are, they charged nearly double amount and still haven't got any refund :( :( :(

Not personalized. Not as advertised. Actually painful to listen to. Don't do it.

I thought it was only $6.99 but kept getting charged. First for $39.99 and then $23.00, all within a few days. When I contacted them, they eventually gave me 1/2 back. Would not recommend.

THEY ARE A RIP OFF. DON'T PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. You won't be able to cancel it right away. They offer you a one week purchase that if you cancelled it, they will automatically charge you $39.98 (2 charges of $19.99) immediately and automatically without your consent. Then, you can only contact a virtual bot assistant that cannot even help you or find your email to process a refund/return. Another bot tells you that will cancel your purchase in a week and never mentions a refund. It may seem you are chatting or emailing with a real person but it is a bot. Meanwhile, you won't get your money back. Nor the one for one week nor the one you didn't even purchased. They rip me off $6.99+39.98=$46.98. Never returned/refunded a penny.

Absolute waste of money. Nothing works, can't seem to find support, no refund through Google pay , so won't do that again. Unable to select sounds of my choosing. It really is awful.

Clearly a scam. Very disappointed that social media carries this type of scam ads. They claim 14$ for 4 weeks then bill you 100$ and will not refund under shady excuse. Avoid subscription as it doesn't even show in the subscription list. Not sure how they manage to charge triple in the first place. Everyone should report this ad and the app editor! It is an absolute scam!!

Wish I'd have seen the reviews first, looks like a professional app but they're scammers. Not only have the charged me approx £11 weekly after me contacting them asking them not to. They also took a lump sum out of my account of £31 and said they can only refund for the last payment (which was one of the £11 payments). Had about £70 off me in total. There was no way to cancel the app yourself either as it doesn't show up in subscriptions so you have to contact to cancel and their reply email goes to spam so even more payments came out before id seen the email. What a ripoff! Run and don't even consider this app. They spend their I'll gained money well with nice music and advertising. This is how they get you! You go to try for a few weeks and they say they have a special $20 off and you can cancel any time. When you pay the invoice, my wife used PayPal, they send her a receipt in the mail, and than another and another, making unapproved charges, one after another. I am not sure how they did that and am still clearing it up with PayPal. The total charges were fo $129.99 and we're supposed to be for $25.99. Not bad for a trial period for an app that is so badly created and so user unfriendly, that one can in no way get what one wants. Presumably it has been done that way, because there is absolutely no substance or depth to their offerings. Just a nice storefront, few meditations and the rest pure and simple crap! Don't waste your time and definitely don't pay, you will not see your money, or product wort a darn!

A scam?

I purchased a 4-week 14.99 usd subscription and got billed for there different subscriptions and 100 USD more than I purchased. Haven't heard from them and now wondering if this is a scam?
