Charged twice in one day. Unauthorised payments which I am struggling to get refunded. I signed up for the free trial and have been charged £50. I can’t even log into the app.

I signed up for a basic plan with the option to cancel at any time. Before I knew it they had taken £11.65 that I had authorised plus almost £200 as well.
I did not sign up for multiple plans and I am struggling to get refunds.
I have involved PayPal and my bank to pursue this but it's not going well. I think it's going to be a long process.
PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY FINANCIAL DETAILS TO THIS COMPANY! I wish I'd read these reviews before signing up.

There's zero information on how to use it. The app itself is hard to navigate and it's just a jumble of sounds thrown together and called "healing" frequencies. Don't waste your time. Oh and they don't refund your money if you don't find it useful as they advise. They will, however run your debit card repeatedly until it goes through the day before it's due.

Charged me 3 times in one day. Do not order this app. The music is nothing as good as what they play on Instagram.

Scam Fraud :/

It happened to me too. I haven’t even downloaded the app. I follow this little quiz they have and suddenly was charged 3 times for random things. Emailed Paddle and them and just now I checked the reviews. I hope they will cancel my subscription and give me the discount I went to them for help and turns out to be my worse nightmare:/
Be careful.

I signed up for a twelve week plan. I have been charged for an upgrade to a yearly plan that I do not recall signing up to and did not intend to sign up to. The app is also very un-user friendly, and I cannot even check my subscription in it. Do not purchase Slowdive products.

Glad I read reviews here prior to my purchase. One can’t deny that it’s a very convincing IG ad. Looks and feels professional. But after looking at the code via my development background, that cute little test you take doesn’t do jack. The plan they come up with, 1 of a mere 3 end users are presented with, is garbage and has nothing personal (based on test results) in it. Don’t waster your time or money.

I WAS going to install this and then I read the reviews. No thanks. I have other places to throw away cash!

I just listened to a 24 minute meditation on how I could conjur up 3.6 million dollars......Will the universe to make it happen. What?
At first I thought it was going to equate having a lot or funds, and the confidence and comfort that money like that can bring, to the many positive things we already possess.....nope.
Honestly, I have had a very creepy feeling each time I have used this app. Big mistake for me.

total scam. stay away from slowdive. I must have visited their app or website at some point. But tonight I got a random charge for a 12 week chakra balancing course that I did not order. They are just taking money from your bank account and making it impossible to do anything about it. Apple can't help. Paddle.net will do nothing but send an email to slowdive. stay very far, far away!!!!

I bought a service for 29$ and they charged me an extra 60$ plus 47$. They don't answer to my many mails.
It's a fraud!

I’ve just read these reviews so I’m nervous but wanted to share. I too, downloaded this app. It was NOT what I expected it to be. I went to my PayPal acct and canceled future payments. Then I went to “Paddle” and canceled my subscription with the “Slowdive” App. I received a confirmation. I then emailed slowdive support (I will attach the email if I can). I also bcc’d ‘support’ at PayPal. If I do have any problems I will update this. I really hope this helps some of you!!
PS. Keep screenshots of EVERYTHING :)

This company promotes a week trial for 6.99, then proceeds to charge you almost $100 and set you up with a subscription that you cannot cancel. When I reached out to them, they said I don’t have an account with them. When I showed them the charges, they said that they can’t help me. They charge you through a third-party company called paddle. Which is also impossible to reach. Eventually, somehow, the subscription stopped even though they denied me having an account and I never got a refund.

Scammers. They billed me twice @ $13.99 for a one week trial of $6.99 that I deleted after a couple of days. It was not what I expected in terms of music quality and deleted the app after two days of exploring. There is no procedure laid out on how to cancel the app billing and it took me an hour on Paypal to dispute the overcharge and figure out how to delete the subscription. I found the site is an International Wordpress site that blocked me from making contact. Not very professional, nor worthy behavior for what they are selling.

I was charged the same day for $24.99 and $39.98. The 24.99 is supposed to be a subscription for 6 mos. As I pulled up the Paddle.net for Slowdive I see that they are trying to charge me on Oct 31 another $49.99 ?

Slowdrived refunded me after I was connected by paddle.

Scam. The app charged me three times on the same day and has not responded to my request for a refund. I found a phone number and was told they are not the app and will only forward my request. I havent heard back in weeks.
And the app gets stuck and I cant return to it. Almost unusable. How many people have paid for this scam?

Keep away!!! They will scam you $54USD for some chakra 12 week subscription. In the fine print. And when you cancel the subscription as you dont use it initially, they will still charge you and refuse to give you a refund. Very well thought out app to scam money. Plenty others out there that are FREE and definitely dont charge such ridiculous amounts.

Scam. Signed up for one week 8.99 dollars - suddenly (same evening ) being charged £16 and £37.99 as notified by bank.

I cancelled my subscription as I found the app annoying to navigate, even though I have been unsubscribed for the last 2 months, Slowdive has tried to take out money from my account. Lucky for me I switched banks but I was still receive emails from them saying missed payment. I've sent emails with a copy of subscription cancellation details, but alas, they tried to take money again today. Be wary of this app.

I really love my slowdive app! For someone who has always found it really hard to meditate, this app has been brilliant and I have already recommended to a number of my friends! It is becoming a habit of mine and I love the different daily spoken meditations and the chakra options.
