AVOID! Horrible customer service, dodgy delivery

Ordered a bed frame almost three months ago and it arrived missing a key part - without it the bed frame doesn’t work. I told Hypnia immediately and was met with rude, delayed and inadequate customer support. The part has been sent and returned six times since because Hypnia still can’t provide the delivery carrier with enough information. It has been a constant, tiring back and forth and I still don’t have the part for my bed, which is sitting partially constructed in my living room and has been for the past 3 months…. Do not order from them, please!

I love this company

I love this company. I’ve bought a bed, percale sheets and was so happy with the fast delivery and quality of my purchases.
I have now recently purchased more sheets, pillows, a duvet and duvet cover. Again, I couldn’t be happier.

I would strongly advise against buying from Hypnia

I received the Nova bed at the beginning of October, and unfortunately, it’s been back and forth with customer service ever since. It all started with the gas cartridge for lifting the slatted frame being defective. I contacted customer support, and they supposedly sent a new gas cartridge – but unfortunately, they sent a new support bracket instead of the gas cartridge, even though I had circled the defective part in red in the pictures. Last Tuesday, I contacted customer service again, but now no one is responding at all. Therefore, I would strongly advise against buying from Hypnia. I’m still waiting for a sign of life from customer service and for the correct gas cartridge to be sent again so that I can finally sleep on a fully functional bed.

Felt difference in back pain

I was sleeping in a convertible sofa bed for 2 years. So I am suffering from back pain for more than a year. It has been a month since I am using hypnia bed and I can already see some difference. (Of course you need to do some stretch and exercises regularly) but hypnia has been so helpful. It is not just a product. It is an investment for healthy lifestyle. Thank you : )

Cheap poor quality pillows

Cheap poor quality pillows, insane response times of 5-7 days, unclear answers, hidden info that return period is 14 days instead of 120 days as advertised. Oh worst part, you need to pay for your own returns + respect the 14 days return period when they take a week to send a simple message. Avoid this dropshipping site

Be careful!

Be careful!

I posted a negative review via their own review system which discussed the bad quality of a bedframe.

The review was public / online for five minutes and taken offline afterwards. I perceive this as deceitful behaviour towards future customers.

The topper is very good and does really…

The topper is very good and does really make a difference. I have had it now for a couple of weeks and can confirm that it’s a worth while purchase. Specially in combination with the Hypnia mattress it’s working well for me

Terrible delivery service (in Belgium)

We didn’t try the mattresses so I cannot judge them. The delivery service was a disaster. The delivery date on Hypnia website (2-3 days) did not match the courier tracker (>14 days).

We called the customer service, who was very nice but couldn’t help much. I requested the cancellation of the delivery and bought other mattresses since I had guests coming home. However, the mattresses arrived around day 7 without prior notice (which was actually on time for my guests). The courier website also stated that they tried the delivery the day before (a lie, since I was at home all day teleworking).

Hypnia customer service has been nice also to manage the return. Currently waiting for the courier to collect and return the mattresses. So happy with Hypnia service, but unhappy with the courier who basically lost a sale for Hypnia. A pity.

Excellent mattress and excellent service

Even though the supreme hybrid is an excellent mattress unfortunately it was too firm for me, I was offered to exchange it for the supreme memory mattress and I'm so pleased I took the offer up I am loving it, it's far more superior than other memory foam mattress's that I've had in the past (including the Emma) Thank you Johnathan for sorting it out so quickly for me, I would highly recommend Hypnia.

Warranty replacement

This is a replacement mattress under warranty as the one I had basically sunk 4.5 cm in the middle.
The warranty process was elongated and very very slow. Had to make numerous phone calls to chase up despite being told it will be replaced in a few days.
The replacement arrived today - all I can say is it seems OK, but the hideous chemical smell is overpowering. Currently in spare room and I hope it will evaporate as there is no way anyone can sleep on it smelling as it does.
Shame as original mattress I bought many many years ago is still going strong and never had this pungent stench.
