What a effin scam. These people are douchbags situatated in Lithuania.I had ordered this product in error and tried to cancel the order in under 10 minutes and they would not cancel my order. They said it was already packed and ready for shipment. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM. It says there is 30 day money back guarantee. THERE ISN'T. There is no number to call and customer support is a bot/

This company must be avoided. The website tricks you through multi-buys that are only clear after purchase. They then refuse to offer refunds even though their website says they do, They cite fake T&Cs that they refuse to send or acknowledge. There customer service replies are auto generated and never address the questions you ask. I'll keep trying to get my money back but I am losing hope as they are clearly fake.

I purchased the anti-snoring mouthguard after reading their "positive reviews" on their website...now, after my experience with the product, I believe those reviews were fake. I'm going to breakdown my experience so you don't make the same mistake!

1) Ordering Process
On 1/25/26, I attempted to order 1 mouthpiece directly from their website, but received a pop-up offer for 2 products at a $29 each (compared to $49 for the 1 product I was ordering). Of course I accepted it. But instead of getting 2 for $49, I ended up paying $75.90 + $9.99 shipping. When the order was processed and I saw this, I immediately emailed the company back and requested to cancel. However, a person named "Victor" responded and said it was too late because the warehouse already had it packed and dispatched...that was less than 5 minutes after I made the order! Seriously!? That was lie #1. In that same email from Victor, he assured me that there was nothing to worry about and that I'd have 30 days to return the item after receiving them. That was lie #2. Additional information in the email is identical to some other reviews on Trustpilot as well. I also did not receive my order until 2/12/26 - nearly 3 weeks after ordering.

2) The Product
The product did essentially stop my snoring. But it does not fit all mouth sizes/types as the company claims. The boil and bite method of "customizing" the mouthpiece worked fine, but the locking sides slip too easily and the mouthpiece is a bit too bulky (I'm 6' tall and 205 lbs, with average to muscular build). I tried the product the first night and woke up in the morning with the right side of my jaw in pain and I could not bite all the way down for about 6 hours after removing the mouthpiece! I have a hard time imagining that would be good to use long-term. I tried to give the product the benefit of the doubt, as it was the first night and it did actually stop my snoring. The next 3 nights I tried it was the same. Woke up, took it out, and had even more pain in my jaw and again, it took several hours for the pain to subside enough that I could bite down all the way. Not worth it.

3) Attempted Return
On 2/15/26 I emailed customer service and requested a return label so I could send the unused mouthpiece (still in it's little plastic bag and box it came in) back to them for a partial refund. I received a reply back from a person named "Jhaleine" stating that they were unable to accept the return "due to strict hygiene and safety regulations. This policy is in place to protect the health...blah, blah, blah". So, I was told by "Victor" that it would be "no problem" to return the product if I was unsatisfied but then was told they cannot take it back and issue a refund.

Conclusion: I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing this inferior product.

Update 2/16/26: I changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars only because after emailing back and forth a few times with the customer service reps, the company offered to refund me 50% of my payment and stated that I could keep the items instead of shipping them back. They also offered a 100% refund if I shipped the items back. I elected to accept the 50% refund offer since I was only planning to ship back the unused item in the first place. As of 2/17/26, the refund is pending in my account. However, I still would not recommend this product.

Only gave 1 star as you can not give zero.
Company advertising on an Australian website saying $45.
Ordered via PayPal, no total came up. So presumed it was $A45. Credit card was charged $A103.
They they tried to add more items on via autopay.
Tried canceling it with 10 mins, they replied they had already posted it.
Total scam.
Keep as far away from this company as you can.

Terrible product. Do not buy. The website is completely misleading and a lot of people (including myself) have ordered multiple items by mistake because It is not clear if the order has gone through - and so you end up repeating the same order...and end up getting charged many times.

Think of this purchase as having layers of obstacles and difficulties in getting a refund or logical real-life communication. Not typical path for me and my experience as a consumer.

This device is too big for my mouth and gave me a headache. Money back guarantee is a scam because they won't let you return the unused devices. I understand not being able to return the one I tried but I should be able to get 2/3 of the price back. So much for customer support!

I accidentally purchased a 3 pack. I immediately tried to change my order and they said I could not change it. They said I had 30 days to return. That is a total lie. I never used the product and tried to return and they said I could not return due to hygiene issues. They lie to you and tell you, you can get a refund. You will never get a refund.

Absolutely a garbage product. I dont usually right reviews but this one made me really mad. Its only suited to a certain jaw size. I've had orthodontic work on my teeth a long time ago and my dentist told me my teeth have shifted.... I have to wear a retainer again after 20 years. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. The website tricks you into buying extra products, completely deceptive. Immediately when it confirmed the order and it was $200 vs the price I thought I was paying $30. I emailed there Customer service directly and they said they could not stop the order, it was already pulled for shipment complete BS. It took 4 weeks to get to my house!! But! The ustomer Service rep said and I quote “Not to worry.. you have 30 days to return for a full refund” another lie, they refuse to take them back and refund my money even on unused unhappiness oroduct . This company, products and service is a disgrace! Liars either awful uncomfortable product ! DO NOT PURCHASE!

Ordered about $250 worth of items. About seven hours later I requested a cancellation per their 12 hour policy. I was told it was packaged (not shipped) and couldnt be cancelled, but that I had 30 days to return once I got it by "Victor". Once I got it, I requested a return and the same guy, "Victor", told me it coukdnt be returned, even though I hadnt even removed them from their packaging, because the medical device mouth pieces are considered "hygene items". I have Master card disputing this with plenty of documentation.

I orderd one to try and and when I checked out with klana,I noticed there wa 3 ,I immediately reached out to the company and they said it was to late to cancel which I didn't order,they said I should waite for order to come before I could send back,eventually the order came and I emailed them only to be told I couldn't send them back for hygiene reason,I disputed this but they were adamant they wouldn't take them back ,so cute a long story short I agreed to 50%off and cut my losses,as I was getting no where,the mouth pieces them self are no good they do not fit in your mouth,so 60 something pounds for a load of rubbish, this company should be ashamed of themselves ripping people off with a serious sleep apnea condition hoping for a better way to sleep,I do hope people don't order from this company. I wish I would of read the reviews on here first as I would of never orderd, the reviews on there web sight must fake as these devices are not suitable for human mouths, maybe if you was horse they would fit.

The other half tried this, just another piece of useless plastic crap, hurts her mouth, could have bought this rubbish on e Bay for a fraction of the price, sorry but these sleep gizmos are a scam.

Once you order, there are a bunch of flashing "offers", one of them suggesting that you get 2 for the price of x, well, you just bought 3. There is no final review screen of the order. Zapzerap. Eastern European scam.
The brace is way too high and totally uncomfortable.
Ratings of the product are absolutely false. I don't know how they do it that the product would be non-plus, I guess with cyber-warfare and bots.
I would give it a MINUS 5 stars.

So I placed my order back in early December. It was shipped to me on Dec 16, 2025. To date I have not received my pkg and while trying to follow the tracking information that was provided to me it stops on Dec26th 2025 advising international flight had departed and I have received nothing showing me it entering Canada. I am finding this frustrating considering the company advises shipping is 7-12 business days and I am now 21 business days and over a month calendar days and still no pkg and nothing giving me any indication of it being delivered anytime soon. I have no idea who is delivering this pkg to me once or if it enters Canada so I can try and locate it. At this point right now I would kindly appreciate a refund but cannot get a reply from the company This has not been a great experience as customer for the first time I will never order from this company again or recommend them to anyone.

So since this review I have been trying to get a refund and the company will not refund me I have made multiple attempts via email for a refund and to success. Please avoid buying from this company very poor customer service. I still don’t have my order since early December. I am out $40 CAD

I agree with all the negtive reviews. They wont take back any orders for ‘hygiene reasons’ which is very convenient for these scammers being an internal mouth product. I did a double order as it took so long for my payment to go through, I thought it hadnt, so pressed ‘PAY’ again. Called them to return one of the orders and got the same spiel. DO NOT BUY. it is uncomfortable, and so thick you cant shut your mouth, so you dribble. absolute con.

Terrible product. I purchased 3. One for myself and for two other people. All of us found them very uncomfortable. Had to remove them within minutes.
They claim money back guarantee. If you can reach anybody. They will deny the claim. Even though it’s in print in their advertisement.
My advise is to keep scrolling and don’t look back.
Waste of money

I placed an order for of the snoring devices by accident. I emailed them within 5 minutes of the order and they responded right away with "it's too late to cancel, the order is already packaged and ready for shipping. But don't worry, we have a 30 day return policy and I'll extend it 30 more days for you." Well, it was 5 days from the time I placed the order until it actually shipped. When I received them I followed the instructions and the mouth piece did not fit my teeth. I emailed them and said I wanted to return them and they said they do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. I told them I would take credit for the 2 I didn't try and they still denied me. So I wasted over $100 on their product.

If I could leave less stars I would. I bought a three pack of the mouthpiece which came with 100% satisfaction guarantee. I tried out the mouthpiece finding it did not fit the width of my mouth which is not adjustable so I contacted the company to request a refund they stated they could not refund me the money because of hygiene issues. Just know if you buy this you will not get your money back ever.
