Great Customer Service

I had an issue with the installation of my Sofa bed and the Sleep.8 customer service team were extremely responsive in getting it resolved ASAP. The customer service from them has been outstanding, from start to finish, would highly recommend.

Good purchase and delivery experience

Was looking to upgrade to a bigger bed and chose Sleep8. The staff at Bluewater were very friendly and helpful and made the purchase process really efficient. The delivery team did a good job by posting regular updates and sending a text the evening prior to delivery, with a time slot.
The delivery team called 30 mins prior to arriving and arrived on time. They did a great job in carrying the heavy headboard up the stairs and into the room and quickly assembled the bed and took away all packaging. Good experience overall.

Fantastic delivery from the team

Fantastic delivery from the team. Big shoutout to the lads Dayle, Steve & Fatman Jack. The boys worked wonders on getting our huge emperor bed & mattress up the stairs & through all our rooms! Can’t fault the delivery team. Very grateful to them! Thanks again boys! :)

Poor service by their partners

The company provides great service but their finance partner, DivideBuy, really let them down, as it took over 1-month and dozens of emails for me to amend the delivery address.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience - after waiting for over 4 weeks wrong products were delivered. Called customer service and spoke to one member of the team who in my view shouldn’t be in a “customer service” team. After I made my complaint to him the offer he gave was that “they can come and retrieve the other product that they already delivered “ quite shocking response.

I will never order from this firm again neither will I recommend to anyone.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience ! They promised to deliver in 3 weeks and it took 8weeks and they delivered wrong mattress which cheaper than i bought . And customer service is not even responding . Such a scam

Sales person didn’t even advise me

Sales person didn’t even advise me, was clear they didn’t have much knowledge about the mattresses as I chose the worse mattress ever, all the advice I was given was ( my friend bought that mattress and she’s very happy with it) very unprofessional in my eyes, just thought of making a sale.
