If I could give a negative I would give…
If I could give a negative I would give one right now, and this is an understatement considering how disappointed I am. I made a booking, payment made and everything was confirmed, and then later on before the flight, they just told me that they are making a refund without any explanation. The airline even told me they never finished the booking process and did not make any payment to them. From there, things started to look dodgy. It appeared the ticket was re-sold to someone else at a higher price, like the highest bidder, backdoor, and one of their staff member confirmed this with me. If you can avoid using this agency, I recommend you avoid them at all cost.
